This was advertised as a free resume building platform but after working for a couple hours to create my resume in the template, I had to pay before I could download the resume. Deceptive. And there was a bug in the software that typed all words backwords and I had to work with the tech help a number of times to get it corrected. Would not recommend.
Services are too simple and then a surprise hike of 25 a month for a basic tool. Better to use a template and build own resume as the phrasing and terms are extremely generic.

This site continually steals my money. I will cancel my subscription and they will continue to charge me. When I call customer service the lady was bs'ing the whole time and laughing saying "what do you want me to do about this". Absolutely disgusting people work here and the site is a freakin scam.

It's a good website I just wish there wasn't micropayments everywhere I look, this website was advertised as a free resume builder just because you can build it for free doesn't mean to pay just to download the finished product

It said Free. Then I had to pay to get the the resume. Then unless I cancel it is a monthly fee. Not free. But I needed the resume so I will pay the 2.95 for it and cancel.
