One negative was I was not able to "add a company" in the experience building section. I had to completely add another position with dates etc. and copy and paste (because I forgot to add the company names originally)

The fact that the monthly membership can only be bought yearly means it's a yearly membership. It is false advertising to call it a monthly membership. Also, the variety of resume templates is a bit lacking and the customizability of the sections is low.
