I chose a template that said it was free, but when it came time to download, i had to pay. Because I had already spent the time to create it and didn't want to have wasted time and have to do it again, I went ahead and paid the $3 for the 14 day trial, but that is pretty deceptive and I will be cancelling shortly and will not use this service again.

Easy and fast to use. I dont give it 5 starts because at you have no idea there will be a charge till the end, its cheap. Not a bad price. No need for auto renewals or monthly subscriptions.

Better customer service would be to provide a reminder before spending hours on an additional resume weeks later and then having to pay for it. At that point you almost have no choice. Who wants to start over when applying for a job.
