Scamy that I can't download a PDF of my resume, formatted the way it's intended to be without paying for it when that wasn't disclosed up front. Nobody uses a text format of their resume, and if that was disclosed as the only free download method obviously people wouldn't be using this service. If your product relies on scamy methods to make money, it's not a good product.
