They intentionally made it hard to cancel. It was useful for a bit but their business model preys on people who forget/struggle to cancel the subscription

Resume was nice, downloading and editing didn't go well. Navigating through gave me trouble. Every time i downloaded into my files the resume wasn't there.

I didn't sign up for a 24 dollar monthly service. I thought it was a free trial. I feel like I was scammed. You can look at my history and see that I didn't use the service. I should I should be asking for a refund but we'll know thats not going to happen because you have zero customer service. I wouldn't recommend you to anyone after this experience.

You charge 24 bucks or something for the month after my trial 14 days but then offer a 3 dollar a month option when I'm canceling which means you likely still make money on the 3 dollars which also means you are bending people over with no lube for 24. Thanks for the resume and thanks for being so open with your ridiculous pricing markup.
