The customer service was horrible, the representative was very unprofessional. I was also told I would receive a refund and email confirmation. I have not received the email and the refund was only half of the refund.

Subscription Trap

I signed up for the $2.49 for a few days only and the system auto-subscribed my account. Then charged me $23.95. When I called support, they kept pushing for a lower rate even though i clearly stated I wanted a cancellation. No refund was provided. I am very disappointed in yet another company phishing subscription scam like service. Truly believed this company was different, the resume itself was not worth this amount of stress.

Made it easy

I was changing locations and needed a new job in my unfamiliar new city. It has been 10 years since I wrote a resume and I had lost all of my desktop publishing skills. For a hundred bucks, I saved a lot of time and came up with a better product. Very, very convenient.

Misleading

I used your service with the understanding that I paid for my resme and that was it. Today I got charged 23.85 for a subscription that I don't remember signing up for. Nor did I want. I currently don't have a job, so every penny counts right now. Your rep tried to talk me into keeping this account when I explicitly said o wanted it canceled. I will not recommend your companies services.

Misleading

Resume-Now Claims to be free but after you put in your information they try to charge you. You can not just delete your information, they make you jump through hoops. Not a trustworthy company, do not use them.

SCAM!...Buyer/User Beware...
I'm really on a fence with the integrity of this company...I have no issue with the service they are offering...I needed to use them for one 'free' resume and was duped at the end of the entire process to pay $2...which somehow morphed into a classically sneaky $24 a month...5 months went by before I noticed the auto deduct for some subscription I was now apparently paying for...😡 Never will use them again...(I sent a photo of the many negative feedbacks tat have been removed from another review site)...BUYER/USER BEWARE!

World Class Customer Service

I was in a crunch to send my resume but the document was coming up blank. The Employer stated she needed my resume Now. The Rep not only helped me resolve the issue with essentially was a template I choose(which needs to rectified by the way). The Agent was able to figure it out, possible saving me from missing out on a wonderful career opportunity! She was amazing, courteous, Kind and most of all she cared. I don't know where you got her from, but you need to clone her and promote her! She saved me from a serious anxiety attack of not getting my resume to the Employer; most of all she made it right in regards to my experience and I did not have to cancel my subscription!
