The trial period is a great option for students, it definitely helped guide me in the right direction. The only reason I cancelled is because I do not have money to be spending on this right now as I am still in school. However, I could see myself signing back up in the spring where my post-grad job search will really start up.

I have always had a hard time with the formatting on the resume templates on Microsoft Word so when I decided to try something else, I can't express how easy this was! The formatting is so simple and attractive. They also give suggestions for what to write. For just a few dollars I got a great resume.

They charged my account but did not deliver their service. They took the money and said it was an inactive account. I still do not have access to my resume they put me on hold over half an hour without getting back to me and the chat kept repeating itself stating it was not them that charged me although it was them because it clearly states resume now and the city and location of their office, GUAYNABO PR. They didn't look into it just took my money and I didn't get the services they offered. This is a HUGE SCAM be careful.

Whenever I call customer service they always rush me off the phone, lose connection &/or hang up on me. Misspell things that I needed to manually add to my resume. Every time I call it's a literal headache! The app itself I love & give a 4 I would give it a 5 if the app would actually save my resume when I go to download it; then I wouldn't HAVE to call customer service

I used this tool to make a r since and it worked well. I also opted out of renewing in a year. This didn't stop them from helping themselves to $70.10 from my checking account without my authorization and to add insult to injury it is now going to take them 7 to 10 days to return my money. They lie and try to say it's your bank taking so long when I know the truth. I will never use this service again in spite of how good it was.You should refund the money as quickly as you took it instead of holding it to draw interest.Some of us were born at night but it wasn't last night and I know my bank would refund in 3 days or less
