I had not written a resume in over 20 years. I too thought it was free. However at the end, I was charged a min fee of $1,95. Next day I had a review of my written resume, with suggestions to update, and improve the document. I was very pleased. The help was an education itself. Today I called to cancel my account... I am no longer looking for work... I was hired, and cancelled my account. Within 30 min, I had a cancellation verification on my e-mail. If you are having a problem with this web-site, take time to read the instruction... hope this helps.

This site does not even deserve the 1 star that is the minimum you can give! I wish I had read the scam reviews before I took the time to build the resume. No matter how they spin it, the site engages in false advertising. They clearly state that this service is free, and do not tell you that you have to pay until you have put in a lot of work. To top this off, when I called the phone number, I was told that the price for the 14-day service was $2.95, and not the $1.95 that was staring me in the face from my computer screen. Fortunately, I did not authorize any payment to them.
