I googled resumes and got Resume - Now. I found their web site so simple and professional to use it was a pleasure.
I had experience with the help department and they were very helpful and kind.

I signed up Resume-now for the free 14 days trial at 27.12.2015, and then I have unsubscribed after no more then 10 days. "Try It for free" button means no charge at all. Then I also wrote you mail using this form that I did not intend to extend the free subscription and not suppose pay money for it. Nevertheless, I was billed for reoccurring monthly subscriptions. I still got no any response from you. You ignored my mail. No emails indicating a bill was generated and no warning that trial included subscription. So you illegally took my money. Charges: 27.12.2015 $0.95,27.12.2015 $1.0,11.02.2016 $39.8,09.03.2016 $39.8,06.04.2016 $39.8. Please, return my money back to my bank account and erase my debit card data from your database ASAP.

This company is awful! Stay away it is a scam! They say its a 1.95 to use there services for 14days which I did a few weeks later they take 40.00 out of my account I call and get a rep who was rude and I swear was laughing cause I guess he found it funny that another person again got took with there scam apparently you are supposed to get an email telling it auto signed you up for the 39.99 renewal, which yeah you get an email but its a confirmation email for paying the 1.95 and in that email at the bottom of that email it tells you your signed up for auto renewal which like most people I didn't read the email until the rep on the phone told me that is where it was then I cancelled the auto renewal I asked for a refund cause I only used the services once which is the day I paid the 1.95 and never used it again of course I get an email a day later refusing to refund my money because it was pass the date of the subscription that I never asked for or wanted, don't ever use this site awful customer service and they make money scamming people who are already low on money looking for a job. To me that is about as low as you can get I hope they get shut down by the BBB for how awful they are!

I signed up to help my younger brother out, since he is unemployed and looking for a new job. Absolutely horrible! They ran away with my $80! STAY THE HELL AWAY!
I used their services to create a better resume since mine needed some more kick to it.
It was essentially 2$ for a template, and I thought that was a pretty decent price to spice up my resume. I very much so liked the template I was provided too!
Then now, 2 months after I bought the template I noticed charges on my account for a subscription that I don't remember signing up for... I know what your thinking, how did you not notice two charges like that? Well I don't use my bank account that often because I typically use cash when I can.
I didn't even receive a single email after my template order. Not even an email telling me that my subscription had started, or that I was being charged at all by Resume-Now. Nothing even popped up in my spam box. I always scan my spam box before I delete the phishers.
I chatted with a guy through the agent chat to see if I could some how get my money back. I mean 80 bucks is quite a lot of money when your a student working a minimum wage job, you know?!
I explained that I received no email confirmation about the subscription being charged to my account, but he explained that it was in the terms and agreements that it would automatically roll into a subscription after my $1.95 14-day Unlimited access that I purchased from them.
I asked if there was any possible way to reverse the charges, because I was unaware that I even had a subscription in the first place. Instead of returning my money, the guy actually tried to negotiate a price on the service! He went so low as 3$ a month!
Dude! I just want my money back... those 2 months you charged me I never even logged in to use your services! I only used it twice in a week... plus this time to contact somebody about the whole ordeal.
But in the end we just ended up arguing after I mentioned the BBB.

This site is a SCAM and they know it. Their sole intent is to lure you in with low cost, only to hurt you financially on a monthly basis. Everyone at resume now should, go out and get a real job, and stop stealing from honest hard working people. I'll bet your mothers would be proud of the way you all make a living. I beseech anyone not to dare solicit the services of this website. The site lures you with its cheap convenient price of one dollar on a limited period. However, once the trial is over the prices rise close to 10USD. A figure which is charged on a weekly circle and billed at the end of the month leaving you with a enormous debt. What's more any attempts to try and delete the account are futile. Customer service is abysmal. I $#*!ing asked multiple times to have my stuff deleted by the went silent.The Terms and Condtions state you can delete account by going to Setting >> Overview. Wrong. The option is only present when you are locked in a limbo as you desperately wait for your subscription to expire. Once it does the option is deleted and in an act of straight savagery they put in a section to lure you to buy more. You $#*!ing wot m8? What infuriates me is I see the snake oil's man responding to queries here in an attempt to save face? WTF were they when I flooded them with messages? Absolute $#*! of a website with an even $#*!tier staff and product. None of the templates of products are worth the price. If you value your money and sanity avoid this site like the plague. 0/10 wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

Signed up for $1.95 to make a resume. Provided them with my credit card to pay. They sent an email thanking me for the order with what looked like a receipt for the $1.95. Which is all I signed up for. At the end of the receipt it stated they will continue to bill me each month for a total of $39.80. They made the receipt look like a thank for the $1.95. This company is preying on people who are unemployed with no money. I emailed them the day they charged my credit card and they said they generated a ticket on this and will get back to me "usually within 2 days" it's 5 days today. Please do not deal with this company..

I signed up for this service in January. I used it once to create my resume. I forgot it was a automatic renewal so Feb. 13 they debited my account. I noticed the charge & contacted them right away as I had not used the service since January. Initially they made it seem as if my money would be refunded, since I had not used the services & canceled same day I was charged. 3 denials later & I still do not have the money refunded. They business practices are biased & unfair to the consumers.

DO NOT SIGN UP. They tell you it is free then that you have to pay 1.99 to download and print what you have already made. Then charge your account 40$ a few days later. They wont let you cancel your subscription and i am having to cancel my debit card because of it.

I have already posted about the horrendous money looting experience I had with them. Their social media representative immediately addressed my issue and sent some private messages which is completely irrelevant. They did not have any valid reason for grabbing my money without my knowledge

After NOT being notified about any fees I would be charged, I messaged the company and ended up talking to a very rude customer service rep who told me I'm out of luck and made jokes towards me. I finally got a number to call someone and he was little to no help because it wasn't "his area". I was unable to get a refund because it was "past the billing date." DUH! IF I WOULD HAVE GOTTEN AN EMAIL ABOUT THE BILLING DATE I WOULD HAVE CANCELLED BEFORE! And plus in order to revived a refund I would have been charged, meaning it'd be past the billing date?!?!

Although the resume itself was fine, when I tried closing my account with them, I saw that I was still being billed the next month. I used their live chat option to see why it wasn't cancelled and the guy left me on hold while he "checked my account" for 20 minutes before asking me why I was cancelling and to hold again while he "checks my account". Then again he asks if I'm still there after another 15 minutes. I responded yes and he said you don't have to cancel now, because your account is expired. And there are no refunds. NO REFUNDS FOR THE MONTH THEY BASICALLY STOLE MY MONEY FROM ME! I had to pay an extra month after I ceancelled with them for no reason. He left me hanging for another 10 minutes to tell me that. So I pretty much sat on hold while this guy ate his lunch, maybe had a bathroom break, laughed about it with his coworkers, what ever he was doing while I waited. Because my time isn't as valuable as my money. So I'd avoid the headache and high blood pressure by not dealing with these chumps and get your resume written another way. It's an expensive service I wished I didn't use. There are other ways of getting a nice resume template.

I canceled my trial account via their web page with an acknowledgement that I was canceling. But I never received a email confirming my cancelation. Then on the 10th I was charged $49 more dollars the company says they can't refund my money because I never canceled. They are not acknowledging the cancelation I did through their email process. They never answer their live chat feature. If my money is not refunded by Monday I will be going down to my bank to file a fraud alert.

I created a resume to my satisfaction and happily paid the $1.95, not notified that this would automatically sign me up for a membership costing $40/month. Once I realised money was being wrongfully taken from my account, I deactivated my Resume-Now account, as the website said this would stop the charges. However, this company continued to steal money from my account and is still doing so. I have lost a total of $200 and have contacted the company demanding that this amount be refunded, but they have been very unprofessional. The downloaded resume didn't even work with Microsoft Word. I ended up creating a resume from scratch, and it turned out much better than anything offered on this site.

I too have been a victim for Resume-Now wrongful and sneaky ways. I used their website x1 to print out 1 resume for $1.95.
Next thing I know 4 months have been charged $43.83.
My refund will be given to me rightfully so. I have filed a complaint to Federal Trade Council, BBB and now am getting the word out online.
