BEWARE, THIEVES!
I signed up for their 14 day trial program and canceled my subscription after one week. Then I get charged $40 the next week. I went on a live chat with one of their reps, Samuel Martinez. He explained to me that my account wasnt canceled and I was charged a monthly rate for their premium service. I told him I had canceled my account and he said if I would provide my cancellation confirmation email then he would see what he could do. I, of course, dont have one because they never sent one. So then he tells me no refunds
So now I ask Samuel to cancel my account, he keeps trying to sell me onto this product again! It took 8 times of me demanding that he cancel my account before he actually did it and sent me the coveted Cancellation confirmation email.
I then asked for his managers name and number, he refused and ended the chat abruptly.
This is NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE! BEWARE THIEVES!

I used Resume-Now in order to find a resume template. The website was so helpful and really easy to write my resume! I was rushing through the application process and entered in my billing info, so I missed the part where they said they would be charging me $40/month. Same story as the few dozen before me. Signed up for the trial period. Cancelled a day later after finishing my resume. Got charged for two months. No Statements. No emails AT ALL actually. Since I cancelled immediately, I didn't think anything of it. When my wife said "What's Resume-Now and why are you getting charged?" I cringed and felt duped. They literally stole money from me and I now have to get my bank and a PI involved to recoup my loses... They should be ashamed of their practice.

Canceled my account TWICE on the live chat, said they canceled it and would never be billed again. HAHA they charged me for two months after I cancelled plus $50 for god knows what. Its a scam, not real, and obviously this company is more desperate for $50 then I am.

I paid the $1.95 for the initial 14 day service. When I tried to print my resumes, the quality was awful. The spacing and fonts were irregular within the same words and it was blurry, not at all usable. When i contacted them within 5 minutes of paying for the service, they refused to refund my money. Don't waste your time.

I cancelled my account before the trial ended and the site still charges me for $50 USD. Of course by the time I noticed the trial ended, and they refused to refund me. Also the customer service is a bunch of idiots who can't get their $#*! straight. The person who talked to me just dodged my questions and copy and pasted a load of crap into the chat. Don't even bother with the trial or using the site, they will probably try to steal your money which ever way they can.

This website I bought just the trail. They did NOT warn me that my trail period was coming to an end before charging me for monthly subscription. I call and canceled the day that a change hit my bank account. Then they refused to remburse me for what I didn't even use. This website is crap. What they have done to me, and I'm sure have done to other customers is unethical. I will fight them from taking my money when I am a business administration college student who does not wish to pay for something I did not intend to pay for. It's illegal to hold my money captive while I canceled a subscription that I did NOT use. They cannot tell me that they cannot remburse me when they charged me on April 29 and say that my charge was on April 28. It's wrong. It does not help that I called the company twice in which on Friday I called during the open hours, and was told that they were not open until 8-5 on Monday through Friday, and I called thirty minutes after open hours and another hour after open hours. This company runs on unethical standards. I'm still in the process of fighting for my money back.

This company charged my card without my authorization for $40 when I called to get it sorted out ABSOLUTELY not one person who works there has the authority to refund money! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! If this is what they do to people who don't authorize use of their card imagine what they will do to you!

Signed up for a small trial as i needed a resume quickly but was shocked to see months later that they've been charging me £23 monthly for 7 months! Bearing in mind i have an income of £30 a month this was awful. The only positive of the experience was a kind helpful person on the live chat called Andreas Coria. Very nice person.
