Resume now is a very handy and helpful website that can help you create a successful resume and or cover letter. They have great contact support who is very helpful and informative. The lady whom helped me today Sylvia Marroquin had great customer service skills and was just all around very helpful. Thank you Sylvia. Usually having to deal with customer service is a hassle but she made it very easy. The 4.5 instead of 5 stars is due to the lack of other types of document options. Such as references templates etc.

I had left a review previously about this business explaining that it was unclear that I had been roped into a monthly subscription after using it to make my resume. I think the website does make creating a resume easy, but I'd warn people to be aware that if you want to print out your resume you will be entered into a fourteen day trial period, and you should cancel soon after if you don't need their services anymore. After posting my initial review here, a wonderful customer service rep named Laura T. Wrote to me hoping to resolve my situation and secured me a full refund for the monthly services. She was kind and understanding and changed how I felt about their service.

I called their customer service today after noticing a charge on my bank account of 24.99 - I used this service once and thought I was giving them my payment info to be charged the 1.95 necessary to print out my resume. It was not clear at all that I was signing up for a monthly subscription. Xinia, the customer service rep, first explained that even though I never logged back into the service after my first use, it didn't matter, because they send out a welcome email which would have informed me about the subscription I apparently signed up for - didn't matter that I can't find that email. I'm pretty obsessive about checking my email, so I doubt it was even sent. After trying to sell me on keeping my subscription several times, Xinia finally cancelled my account and offered me a refund of 12 dollars...not even half of the monthly fee. I know leaving this review won't change anything, because Resume-Now is a scam company designed to take advantage of people, so it's not like they're gonna call me back and try to make things right - they have their money and that's all they care about. It just sucks feeling like you were screwed over and there isn't anything you can do about it, except leave an angry review. This company doesn't give a shit about customer service, don't ever use them.
