I did not use the service except for the allotted time for $1.99 and could not get a refund for the month that I indicated that I did not want. I terminated the service by email and was still charged. I'm not happy about this. The representative was nice and good though. I feel like these other people that it is a scam that they ignored my cancellation and I was charged even though I have not used it since the first day of the "trial"

Like other reviewers I subscribed to the trial period and canceled before that time frame ended. I have emails from them saying that I canceled on 11/8/2018, but lo and behold I was charged $24.99 on December 24,2018. When I called customer service I was told that I had reactivated the account in December, which I hadn't. I don't mind paying for a service I use but when I am mislead into thinking I've canceled than I'm not happy. The customer service rep claims that I'm getting refunded but we'll see if that really happens or not. He also tried to sign me up for another subscription and wouldn't take no for an answer, I had to talk over him to get him to stop. I wonder how many people these crooks are scamming!
