I usually don't sign up for trial sites because i know what happens. Either i don't read something correctly or there is something in the fine print that wasn't made clear. It is especially difficult when the same company has multiple web pages and i have multiple logins. I don't know how anyone is suppossed to know that mycoverletter.com and myresumenow.com or my perfect resume are all connected!? ---What a headache but with that being said, i am happy with the service received but mostly that because of your customer service agent Vanessa emp id 1110. She was amazing in helping me find the account i was charged for and she also helped me figure out where or what account was being billed and explained everything perfectly. I was having difficulties on the account after doing a resume for my young nephew and putting everything in his name in case he needed to get back in a change his resume.
