They are a scam and will charge you every month 35$ thinking you have read the small lines saying the renewal will be after 14 days automatic
When you try to talk to them they close the chat simply answering " sorry we have to leave the chat " and you'll never see your money again

The online representative was very gracious and did offer an alternative reduced monthly payment which I accepted. I was billed $24.99 for a premium service which, I hope is going to be returned and replaced with a monthly $4.95 bill. That wasn't clarified. I'll have to check back and make sure. Overall, I was pleased with her assistance and courteous demeanor.

I had signed up for the one time free resume but forgot to cancel the account. Thus I was charged. I didn't get my money back(I acknowledge it was my fault). When I requested to close the account it was done with friendliness, quickly and no issues.

Ridiculous! A resume company that doesn't allow you to put a hyphen on a name. Each time I make a correction on my resume and want to print it, I have to call them to correct my name. They then have to ask the supervisor, place the hyphen themselves and change the font size, then email me my resume. What? How ludicrous!
