This "service" advertises itself as free. If there's a disclaimer somewhere, it's not easy to spot. It takes you through the entire process of building your resume and then at the end requires you to pay to download your resume. At that point, the $2.95 fee seems worth it to not have to start all over again. However, the $2.95 fee that's advertised as 14-day access to your resume is actually a monthly $9.95 subscription. I didn't notice until I had already been charged twice, so my "free" resume ended up costing almost $25. The entire process is intentionally deceptive and predatory.

It's obvious that after they get your money, they do not respond to unsatisfied clients.

The resume was the worst did not include education, past experiences and was EXTREMELY LIMITED
I have sent it to many companies of which I was very qualified but due to the extremely limited information in the resume written I was denied.

My account was auto renewed without a reminder email. I understand it did state auto renewal when I signed up for the trial, but I do feel a reminder email should be sent. Any other company I've dealt with has this as a courtesy. In addition, my credit card company contacted me thinking it was spam. I got a partial refund, not a full one. Not happy.
