ResumeNow is a scam, please do NOT purchase anything from them.

They will continue to charge your card despite showing nothing on their website about ongoing fees as was the case in 2016.

Nowhere before I signed up for a 2 week FULL ACCESS period was there mention of ongoing fees. At the time, the website did not mention a 'trial', ongoing fees, or anything that would indicate ongoing payments. The only mention was in the billing receipt, in small print. There were no further billing statements after this point despite numerous charges. I am still battling this company to get my money back.

ResumeNow still owes about $209.65 and has admitted fault but wont refund the rest.

I just needed to create a resume so that I can apply for a specific job. It was "free," but I paid $2.85. It said that it was a 14-day trial. I don't need anything more. I called the number and was connected to "Michael" at an Indian call center. He said I will not be re-billed, but of course I don't trust that. Just confirm that I won't get charged any further for your "free" service.

I did receive confirmation from the company that I will not be re-billed. I think they need to dump the India-based call center.

I an really surprised at people saying this is a scam. You are getting professional help on a resume - that is a service that you clearly were in search for, to suspect it to be free is quite silly. This is a thorough and helpful service. In fact I almost cancelled because I thought "My resume is much better now because of them, I don't think I need a subscription" but Isaelda provided me with a lot of information about the wide variety of services actually available AND helped me with the cost of this service. She is a great representative for the company and I definitely see the value in this. Thanks for y'alls help.

I found this site specifically to get a "quickie" resume' as my job will be locking its' doors in less than one month.
I was pleasantly surprised to find several templates to choose from, to write my resume'. I was also surprised to see the template, I chose, broken down into several segments and each with pre-written phrases, to chose to use, that could relate to my experience, and create a very professional looking resume'. It allowed for customizing those phrases, as well.
I finished the resume', looked terrific, and I wanted to cancel my membership before I got charged for a month of service use.
I called and a very pleasant person answered named Steven Castro. He turned my whole view of this service completely around! I had no clue to the treasury of opportunities this service offered! After speaking to him, he truly helped me understand the value this service has and that I should keep it open, as it helps to employ people 80% quicker, using this service. He also helped to uplift me from my place of uncertainty(losing my job) by saying that many people decide to use these times as an opportunity to go in another direction. Something that would be more meaningful to them, than what will be left behind.
Steven really helped me understand that I could benefit from all the tools at Resume Now, that I simply shrugged off as unimportant, at the time.
Thank you, Steve, for all your help, time and kind voice. I truly believe that you cared and that came through when you said many, many people need help finding jobs, and that's why this service is available.

I'm grateful to find this service. I felt as if I was stuck in perfecting my resume. Once I clicked on the site and began using their assistance, it was like taking candy from a baby. No harm intended. I simply read from their many outstanding examples of my skills and selected what matched my employment history. I was frustrated when I began but my smile grew and grew as I saw my resume go through a total eye catching make over. Wow, I must say today, yes my resume does POP!
