I liked that I could upload previous resumes which could take the information and place into a new resume format. I liked the tips and the ease of setting it up. The problem was in the finished product as typos appeared and it was difficult to restructure to make changes on your own.

A little bit of misrepresentation here because it is not really free. But it was a good site to make your resume. I was able to cancel after my trial period with no hassle. The representative Mike was a great help. To his Manager, he did a good job and did everything he could to convince me to stay with the program, but I did not need it anymore. Thank you Mike! I called to cancel my 2 week trial because I already found a job and she definitely tried hard to get me to stay but I have no reason to have it anymore but she gets an A+ for effort. Also she was very polite personable and the best thing was I could understand her when she was talking. She is a very hard worker. I got onto this site, at first glance it says FREE! After I had done all the work of making a resume and going to print it, it turns out I have to pay. Shocker nothing is free. I was only charged a total of $1.95 which is nothing to make a resume. I Cancelled my account with little to no fuss, I was not charged any extra fee's and still have access to my account until the 9th which is great for any last minute changes.

Yeah its cool that they basically make your resumes for you but I ONLY agreed to pay $1.95 for 14 days and then at the end of my apprent trial I was still charged $20. Basically a scam

Helped me build a customized resume for my field (police officer). Once I no longer needed it I cancelled but there was an issue with it and the cancellation did not go through correctly.

Would rate resume- now higher if the charges that will appear on your bill were stated more clearly... joined the $1.95 free trail and then was charged $24.95, this was a surprise to me I thought it would cost me only $1.95... was also charged for an additional month and then had to call AGAIN and this charge was cancelled... was tired of calling the customer service to keep asking to clarify the bill or cancel charges. Not worth it for me

Great value for pretty good service. The customer service was amazing though. Five stars to that. I feel that with some time, this service will work out the glitches (mainly between converting to work and then being able to edit/format still). Be aware that when you use this service, you'll spend your time doing all of the work to make your resume, then when done, you can't get a copy unless you sign up for their service for a monthly fee of $19.99 automatically billed to your credit card. They purposely appear to be a free resume site; they could simply charge you $20 for the resume, but they force you to sign up for this recurring fee hoping that they'll get a few months of fees out of you. Then when the fee shows on your credit card, you can't just click on it to get their info to cancel it; you have to actually initiate a claim with your card company in order to get their contact information... just not worth the cost!
