Walter Berrios was very helpful in canceling my auto renewal and getting my refund. However, I am very disappointed that it was not a full refund. Your website does not make auto renewal clear, in fact it is sneaky. I guess if you can get 71 cents from everyone you trick that adds up to significant dollars. A partial refund does not bring me back to your website. Very disappointing, your service should be enough. No tricks!

This is one of the best customer service encounters I have ever experienced! I had the same problem like Oance F. Simply didn't see the subscription so when they taxed me next month I was like What? Non-refundable though! Yes, I have created nice CV which helped me with my interviews but it is disappointing to be charged like that!

The most idiotic service I have ever seen.
I made a CV with their CV builder and purchased it and instead of it being a one time purchase as it clearly appeared they activated a subscription with direct debit enabled without my consent for such a thing and I got taxed 300% the purchase I wanted to make because of it!
And now that I look back at my purchase email I saw in very small text the details of my subscription.
These cheap scummy tactics to sign people up for unwanted subscription in the hope that people will not see it and keep paying for a subscription that they did not want in the first place is the lowest of the low I've seen right next to scam websites.
I advise you to not try out their BS and go find some other site that has transparency when it comes to their purchases.

Went online to do a resume, saw that the site was a(FREE TRAIL) free trail cost me $1.95. First thing is you do not get to see terms &conditions before you continue into program second there is no communication that by doing the (FREE TRAIL) that at the end of it you become a member costing $27.95 WHICH MUST GET CHARGED AT 12.01 AM at the trail ending. I am in australia and have tryed the 1800 number which you cannot get through to &emailed them & received message back with amessage telling me it is a unsercured site. So cannot talk to anyone so now have to go to the ACCC to lodge WHAT A SCAM
