Cancellation & Refund

Spoke to Joyce Johnson via chat to cancel my account and get a refund. She was excellent and very attentive to my request. Excellent customer service and attention to detail. It is very refreshing to get someone who cares like she did. She did her job well and even tried to sell me on other offers and was not persistently negative and very respectful of my answer. I appreciated that.

I cancelled my account today, speaking with a CSR by the name of Esmaralda, located in Costa Rico. She is a wonderful respresentative of this company, I wish more company's had CSR's who act with the professionalism that this woman demonstrated in our email chat. She is a hard working employee who is also working on a degree in Business Administration. I applaud her actions, her goals, and if this company realizes talent, they will promote her to a position of increased responsibility.

Customer Service was frustarting and insulting... I requested to have my account cancelled and rather than cancel my account the rep tried THREE TIMES to sell me on additional packages to keep my business... she then insisted she would like once more to make an offer to keep my account active to "go the extra mile"... I spent 20 minutes trying to make a simple request and they were ignoring me entirely.

Listen to your customer and don't sell to them when they ask to cancel

Walter provided fantastic service and did not stop until he found the issue. Apparently there was a error when I signed up and I had created 2 accounts. I thought I had cancelled the account, but there were still charges being applied. Walter talked me into saving the first account at a lower cost and he researched and found the other account for me to get it cancelled.

Frustrated at the lack of accommodation this site provides. It also did not provide me with me "FREE" resume and I ended up signing up for a prescription that never sent me an email. However, I had the best customer service via the live chat. Monica was excellent at fixing my account and listening to my complaints! Kudos to her! :)

Very upset with this website and how they wait until you've spent a lot of time and effort building your resume just to end with, "oh by the way this program isn't actually free like we advertise." The website does a decent job providing an easily navigable template; however, when clicking on the website it says FREE resume builder and it is NOT FREE. Now I have to spend more time I don't have as I attempt to transfer all my information to a new FREE template, as I am applying for colleges in two days.

We’re sorry to hear that you may have the wrong impression of our service and subscription. We would like to take this opportunity to clear up some information regarding your account:

Our free account gives you the chance to try out our resume builder before deciding to purchase. The ability to print, e-mail, or download your resume and cover letters are features included in our paid subscription and not listed as a feature of the free account. You can download a plain text version of your resume for free. For the benefit of our users, we provide the option of a 14-day trial for a small fee. When you select our 14-day trial enrollment, it provides all the details on screen which state that after the 14th day, it will auto enroll into the monthly subscription service. It also explains that you can cancel at any given time. This alert is also given when the credit card information is requested where it explains that unless you cancel, you automatically authorize us to charge your account every four weeks at the current rate of the subscription. Lastly, when you finish your enrollment process, an e-mail is sent explaining this as well. Auto e-mails can get picked up by the filter as spam or junk mail, redirecting this to the junk/spam folder. Please be sure to check these folders just in case.

This company is one big fraud and I am in a fraud case against them. Without any approval of me and my husband they withdraw a monthly amount of $24,95 from our bankaccount since dec 2016. We tried to talk to them and sent several emails to complain but no answer back. Be very careful and please check your bankaccount!

I spent hours building my resume because it kept freezing. I went to download because it's free and will not let me of course. I went to sign back in and it's gone. Terrible. I used another resume builder cost me almost 2 dollars to save my resume as many ways I wanted.
UPDATE*** If you notice I received a comment from resume now to help... I did what was asked and never heard anything back. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! TRY My perfect resume it's fantastic!
