First of all I thought this service was free. Not until the resume was done did I realize I had to pay for it. After putting all that work and time in to it. I thought the resume was average but $1.95 it was worth it. But then I saw that if you don't cancel by a certain time they charge your card a lot of money every month. So I went in to their chat to cancel It took forever. He kept asking me questions and offering me lower amounts of money to stay with them the pressure was on! After telling him NO a million times he finally told me my account was finally canceled. He was very nice but only because he was trying to sell me something, I was very ANNOYED. I do not recommend this to any one.

This site served a great as-described service, providing me with a good looking resume. However, the terms of contract are a bit misleading. I was under the impression that I had subscribed to a one time charge for a week of access to the website. However I soon discovered that I had a recurring charge of about $20 every couple of weeks. Upon trying to refund this transaction I was met with a customer service employee who initially used jargon and offered me slight discounts if I continued my subscription. However after pressing he did change his tone and helped me achieve a full refund. I would have liked my customer service employee to be a little more upfront and colloquial, but because I was able to get my refund and because the resume building service was as expected, I'm giving this site a 4 star review.

I didn't realize I was signing up for a monthly withdrawal. I really liked the resume it helped me generate, but I only needed one. When I saw the charge, I chatted with a helpful representative and they cancelled the account immediately and even refunded the charge when I asked. I'm stunned. It seems like a cool service but I only wanted to make a resume (which looked great), so I paid the initial amount and got my resume, then cancelled my subscription immediately. A month later I was charged the $20 for a subscription. I called and told them I had cancelled my subscription and for some reason my account was still active. They gave me the full refund without me having to fight for it.

I read all the policies and realized that after the free 14 days, I would be charged monthly. Because of this, I was sure to cancel my membership immediately after creating and paying for my resume. My mistake was that something didn't work and my cancelation never went through. A month later and I see I was charged for the full 4 weeks. I tried calling and asking them to refund me since you can clearly see I haven't been active on the account the entire month and it was truly a misunderstanding, but I only got half my money back. This is still good, but I am just a college student who clearly hasn't been active on the account and got falsely charged after thinking my cancelation went through when it didn't.
