I ordered a gift that was sourced to a retail store only 45 minutes from my house. After 5 days of a 'label has been created' but nothing picked up from the store by Fed Ex I called to cancel the order. I chose the 3-5 business day shipping. I could have driven to the store to have the gift in time for Valentine's Day but they caused it to not even happen as it was supposed to ship! I called on the 4th day to ask why it hadn't been picked up yet and Chris in Customer Service would only email first and said he would call me back by the end of the day with an answer. He never called.
Today (the 5th day) I called and told Peter in CS that I want to cancel the order and want my money back. He resisted asking me to let him email the store again, would call directly and would call me back in 30 minutes. After 50 minutes and no call back I called and spoke with Rebecca. They can't just cancel the order unless they get confirmation from the store they placed the order with. About 30 minutes later Rebecca called me to let me know that she had successfully cancelled the order and my card should be refunded within 7-10 business days, which is not unusual.
It's a shame because the site shows so many cool things to order but I will never buy from Reserve Bar again!

Ordered a nice bottle of Patron, they charged my credit card quickly but no gift, no answering phone calls or emails. Had to have my credit card company take off the charge. They have a flashy Facebook page but its all smoke and mirrors!

I am the president of ReserveBar.com, and I am very sorry that you had a poor experience.
I promise you, though, that we are not "smoke and mirrors." We have had tens of thousands of happy, satisfied customers, and we have fulfilled tens of thousands of orders, without incident or complaint. I am not happy -- and I share your frustration -- that you and a handful of customers had a poor customer experience. I am not sure of the specifics of what happened, other than what you have written, but regardless, I am sorry that you had a bad experience. Although I personally strive for every single customer to have the best possible experience, there are times that we, as a company, just as we all as individuals, fail to meet expectations. However, the handful of complaints relate to an infinitesimally small percentage of all or orders. I would hate for you --- and others reading this -- to get the idea that your experience is indicative of our typical customer experience. I hope you give us another opportunity to win back your loyalty.

I ordered a gift for the holidays. First thing off, they did not process my order for 2 weeks. When the item came, it was not what I had ordered. They charged me over $200 for the bottle I wanted, yet shipped me a cheaper bottle that retails for $100. They won't take my calls or return any emails I have sent. When I call, I am sent to a voicemail. Odd that the same number I called during the holiday season was answered by a live person, now just rings and rings.

Sent a gift card to a relative for Christmas and the Code did not work. I sent them multiple emails, and called many times. Did not hear from them for 2 and a half weeks. Will avoid like the plague.

I ordered a gift for Christmas delivery... after returning from Holiday a few weeks later, I noticed the order didn't ship. If the company is anything like their customer service response, I found the problem... they could care less! He was happy to cancel my order and hung up on me.

Pitiful companyUncaring and arrogant customer service Ordered and 27 days later shipping Christmas gift Not responsive to inquiries regarding status of order. Avoid this company as they are a rip off
I emailed a cancel request after 26 days from order No response but the next day they charged my card and delivery will not be made until January 8th, 2018!

I purchased a tequila gift set which should have included two cut glass tequila glasses. The tequila arrived (late) without the glasses. The company responded once, asking for a photo of what was received. I responded, and then never heard from the company again. No tequila glasses and no refund. Avoid!
