We were excited to find ReserveBar selling boutique spirts we found from a small distillery in Maui. The website was easy to use and had great prices on spirts and bar gear. We did experience a delay in receiving the product, but when contacting customer service to inquire they quickly and efficiently communicated the issue and expedited the product.
Can't wait for my second order. Already making my list for my third order for the 4th of July thank you.
The variety and sales are great. Customer service is quick to resolve any problem. Packing is superb.
I placed an order with Reserve Bar and was waiting for confirmation that my order was on the way. I heard nothing so I contacted customer service saying since I placed my order I have heard nothing from you. I immediately received a response. Then a phone call to clarify the issue. There was a problem on MY end with my bank! It was quickly resolved and courteously explained what the issue was and how to resolve. I can't praise their quick resolution enough! Good Job ReserveBar!
Something strange going on here. I've ordered from this company in the past but lately they can't seem to get it right. One of my most recent orders came with a flyer in the box promoting another online sales company. They seemed shocked that the other company would do that. Unfortunately it was at that point that I realize that they don't have the inventory they claim to have. The last time I tried to purchase from them was in ordering a limited edition ($500) bottle. I was very excited that they had it. Long story short, they did not have it. I waited two weeks and never received my bottle. They explained it was the retailer that they work with that dropped the ball. That's not my problem, I ordered from your company. They quickly refunded my money. But I'm doubting I will be doing anymore ordering from them. I can simply go to the supplier they use. Whom I've ordered from before.
I ordered my hubby a bottle of Bob Dylan's Tennessee whiskey for Father's Day. He opened the package and was stunned. Not only is the bottle gorgeous, but the added excitement of having it wrapped in a copy of Dylan's hand-edited lyrics made it all the more special. Thanks for making me a shero!

This was my first order from ReserveBar. Customer Service was great (got a response back very quickly) and product delivered as expected. I would use them again- great way to send a gift for a "thank you" or "celebration" of any kind!
My orders here have always been correct, but ruthlessly delayed. They always seem ready to make amends, which is really nice. Hoping to keep shopping here and improve my overall experience, since except for gifts, alcohol is rarely a rush item.

I have made several orders, all without issues. There has been a few times I was looking for something specific that wasn't carry, but still the selection is great.
As my husbands birthday neared. I wanted to get him something special that he could enjoy. I ordered an engraved bottle of Johnnie Walker blue label. Unfortunately, I did not read the fine print of engraved bottles having a longer lead time. I would have considered this had I noticed. I reached out to the customer service, the representative followed up with me every step of the order. It was fantastic, I felt like they cared. There gift arrived late, at no fault of the company. I will definitely order again, and have already recommended reservebar to others.
The support from Daniel was 5-Star service. He stayed on top of my order from my initial inquiry through to final delivery. Apparently there was a problem with your supplier for the product that I ordered. I wanted this item for my birthday on 21 June and ordered it on 14 June expecting that with your 3-5 business day delivery assurance that it would arrive with a few days to spare. Lamentably, that did not happen; Daniel immediately refunded my shipping charges without my asking and continued to monitor my order and provide me email updates until it arrived yesterday. He is an asset to your business.
I actually haven't purchased anything yet. I need to set up a U.S. UPS mailing address. However the customer service has been great answering my questions.
I sent my Dad a bottle of Glenlivet 12 Year Scotch for Father's Day and he was Super Thankful and very very Happy!

Courteous and professional. Ordered an engraved label came separately later. Took my problem as one of their own. Tracked down missing label and ensured I got it. I may have been early in asking, but that did not matter to them. If I had a concern, then they had a concern. Got treated like royalty with them. I'm happy to purchase with them in the future. It was hard to beat their packaging. Thoroughly impressed with how well protected the bottles were.

I had an order that showed as delivered (and signed for by me!), but it never arrived. I have no idea who actually got my order, but as soon as I reported it the team at ReserveBar took care of everything, talking to the FedEx for me and getting a replacement to me right away. And, at every step, they kept me informed by staying in touch regularly. I will certainly buy from them again!
