I order an engraved bottle aa a birthday gift without reading the turn around/delivery time frame & Reserve Bar was able expedite my order & it was delivered within 36 hours!
It was a good experience, it was a little bit of confusion but my bottle of tequila was delivered, I will be doing business again with them again
I ordered something without reading thoroughly so as soon as I noticed I contacted them to cancel the order and they were really quick to cancel and return. At that point I was satisfied but hey have kept sending spam despite having unsubscribed several times so unfortunately not a great experience.
The only complaint I have about Reserve Bar is too many emails. When they were tracking my package they sent me 1 or 2 emails every day. That's too much. I think multiple people were handling my package because I received way too many emails including ones about customer service. But I got the package so that was my only complaint.
THIS PLACE SUCKS. I ORDERED A BOTTLE FOR MY CUSTOMER EXPECTED IT TO SHIP AND IN 3-5 BUSSINESS DAYS 5 DAYS LATER STILL HAVENT SHIPPED. THEY GAVE ME THE SAME EXCUSE THEY GIVE EVERYONE THERE "WORKING WITH THE RETAILERS" THAT IS SOME BS EITHER YOU HAVE THE PRODUCT OR YOU DONT.

My order of some whisky hadn't been shipped and it had been 8 days. I contacted customer service and she got back to be the next day. Not only did she get it handled and my order shipped, but they refunded my shipping without me even asking. I know things happen but they didn't make any excuses, or brush me off (like allot of other people said happend to them) She took care of the problem, and wanted to make the error right with me. Melissa is the reason that ReserveBar gets 4 stars and not 2. I will definitely consider using them in the future.
I ordered 2 items from this company, each one with the bags. I received my order and it was missing one bag and the bottle I received was not the signature bottle. If I wanted a regular bottle I could have went to any liquor store and picked that up. I contacted customer service only to be told that they were out of the bottle I ordered. Instead of contacting me about it they sent what they wanted to send. Now all you want to refund me for is shipping. Ugh no... It was your mistake and the cost of the signature bottle vs the regular is far more than shipping. NEVER AGAIN with this company. You just take peoples money and send them what you want them to have. All this could have been avoided had you just reached out like you did when I contacted customer service.
Placed an order, biggest mistake ever! After placing the order I decided to take a look at the reviews, only to come and find that most clients never received their order and they wouldn't reply back. I was hoping that wasn't the case for me but it was. After 8 days of having my order placed, they were just emailing me that fedex was having a problem and saying they will keep on updating me. Nothing changed as days passed and no one seemed to help. They just said they would refund my money back (almost 100.00) and haven't received the refund either. HORRRRIBLEE "COMPANY" !
My client received two separate packages for what I believed was supposed to be a gift box that included both items in one (as advertised on the website). It just caused a huge mess since there was some misunderstanding on who sent it and it gave off an unprofessional look for what was supposed to be an easy congratulations gift to my client for closing escrow.
There was no disclosure at all that these two items would have been shipped separately, and the website is completely misleading. It gave the appearance that it was a going to be shipped together in a box with a high-end presentation. Not only that, they only gave me one tracking number when really, they should have sent me two tracking numbers.
Since I expected my package to come together in one "gift box" as advertised on their website, I assumed it was someone else that sent them the champagne since I never received a tracking number for that and I was expecting two items in one package.
I contacted customer support and they did not address my issue at all.
I don't know why there is so many bad reviews about Reservebar because I just had a great experinece with them. I ordered 2 bottles of Ricard Pastis and it was delivered to me just in a few days. The price was awesome and better than Bevmo. I'll order more! Satisifed costumer.
Was called by company president personally after he reviewed the emails and customer service interactions. He offered a replacement product, apology for the troubles, and a gracious treatment and professional resolution.
Unfortunate that it came to this level, but the president of the organization showed what he is trying to build this company to be and showed the professional person he is personally.
Ordered product that arrived broken. When emailed (with photos of broken bottle inside the shipping package) they refused to refund or replace. First citing that the "retailer" refused to replace the product. Then stated that the shipping company would not have delivered if it were broken (with no acknowledgement that the shipper wouldn't know the bottle was broken as the box had no visible liquid damage and they couldn't have opened the package). So blaming FedEx seems very bad. Instead they said I should ask for refund through credit card insurance and billing - as their customer service would not do anything about it --- seems almost like insurance/billing/credit fraud. Will NEVER order from them... and recommend no one I know ever use them either.
I am so impressed with Reserve Bar! I had my items within a week. I had questions and I had two different people contact me within an hour of me emailing them. You don't see great customer service like this much anymore. I will be ordering again and telling everyone I know.

Terrible costumer service, everything bad, never received any product. I will never buy again. The worst experience ever.
We used Reserve Bar to send a special scotch to my brother in law for his70th birthday. It was ordered with plenty of lead time but at this moment still has not been delivered. The event has come and gone and the item is now over a week late. Even when they were informed of the issue... which can only be done by email... they did not expedite or compensate us for their error in any way. We will not use this company again.
On 10 Mar 2019, ordered an expedited shipped bottle for a friend that had just delivered her first child. Got the email that stated they received my order, but later got another email that said due to their "algorithms" it was not approved and I had to provide an alternate number and email (which does absolutely nothing to verify that the CC account is mine or not). I tried to get in touch with them through the email on their site twice but received no reply. I did finally get them after just replying to the first email I received. They immediately responded with the exact same email about their "algorithms". During this time I monitored my bank account to notice that the money was fully charged and NOT replaced as what occurs if a company does disapprove your order. At no time during all of this has my money been refunded. I have been in contact through multiple emails with at one time the individual stating they did not have my money, that my bank must have charged me for it - which I assume would mean they are telling me my bank stole my money or just sent it to limbo with no account to give it to (?). At a later date I got an email stated it would be escalated up to try and get this taken care of, then after a weekend, I got another email stating the exact same thing (for the third time now) about the "algorithms". Still no money returned, still no bottle shipped to my friends. I regret not seeing the huge amount of dissatisfied customers before dealing with this company.
The algorithms you put in quotes are part of the fraud detection software utilized provided by a state-of-the-art anti-fraud company, which monitors our site, along with hundreds of other household name ecommerce companies. Despite your thinking that providing an alternative email address has "absolutely nothing" to do with verifying whether your credit card is legitimate, it actually does, based on the process and technology employed by the anti-fraud company. If you had provided that information, we would have been able to verify your order quickly, and there would not have been a problem.
Also, we alerted your bank through the ordinary banking channels utilized by ecommerce companies, and your bank is responsible for refunding the money -- and presumably did, despite the initial delay. I do take responsibility for any lack of communication on the part of our customer service, and I am available to discuss matters -- and also personally assist by contacting your bank (with you on the line) to discuss matters if in fact you have not yet received your refund.

Ordered for d's 21st birthday. Upgraded shipping and all to make sure that the item arrived on the big day. Now no shipment email, no response to emails, no response to voice mails. Terrible company and really let me down for this special occassion. RUN AWAY, DON'T ORDER
Ordered a bottle of tequila for my biggest client, never received an order confirm, never received a shipping update, so I called, all you get is VM, no one ever calls back, they sent me email, saying they were still working on the order, I emailed back cancel the order, they ignored that and sent another email saying they were still working on the order, I wrote to them again saying cancel the order, they never responded. So since this was a Xmas gift and the holiday was getting closer and closer I wrote and told them to cancel one last time, then I ordered the same tequila from a merchant that isn't totally dysfunctional. These $#*!s shipped the cancelled order anyway, never notified me. I despise Reserve Bar, do yourself a favor, don't order from them, it's not worth the headaches.
Ordered two bottles and they sent one wrong bottle. Customer service has been useless both through email and phone calls. I disputed the credit card charge and I am still waiting to hear from them.
I made two purchases with reservebar and both ended in disappointment. The first time was purchasing a blackberry ciroc vodka that they advertised will come with a $20 lyft promo. Due to them keeping an inaccurate count on the amount of lyft gift cards given out, I never received one after delivery even though I made the order before they took down the promo. This was remedied by a $20 refund.
I thought to give them another chance and made a "The Bar Collection" order. A week passed without any shipping update. I had to contact customer service before they gave me a tracking number. However even after I got the tracking number, the package never moved from the supplier after a whole week and I had to contact customer service to cancel the whole order.
Although customer service is responsive and helpful, you are presented by multiple generic messages at first before they really look into the issue. Each transaction with reservebar always came with frustration. Until there is improvement in their inventory count and marketing, I would stay away.
I ordered 2 bottles of Stranahan's to be delivered for Christmas to a friend in Tucson, but she only received 1. That was almost a month ago. I have contacted their customer services online numerous times and only received a standard "I'm sorry, we'll get back to you" email. Total BS. Do NOT order from this shoddy, so-called company.
