I had a problem with a free-shipping promotion not being properly applied. They took care of it immediately. Love the selection -- way more than my local liquor store -- and the point-reward system, too. Packaging for glass bottles is excellent as well.

Only issue that arose was with shipper. The ReserveBar customers service person kept me consistently in the loop through to shipment arrived to me. I was very impressed with the follow through.

Thought this was a convenient way to send a corporate gift... But the delay is embarrassingly late in thanking another office. Placed order 10 days ago and just received shipping notification today. Website did not indicate B/O. Still no delivery date on the tracking website! Would have been faster to drive over to BevMo and pack it myself.

I ordered a bottle of Bob Dylan's whiskey. It came well packaged and was such a beautiful bottle and the lyrics included were such a nice touch. ReserveBar is a great place to find the special present. I will definitely be making purchases in the future!

Where I am located it is rare to find the specials and limited editions sold by ReserveBar. Furthermore, they are not in any stores in NC. I order and ship to my family and they always visit with my suprise. The communincation from ReserveBar is excellent so you know when and how long you special order will arrive.
