I wasn't sure about the site at first but after my first purchase I will be more than confident in purchasing more from them and more frequently.
The customer service is too notch and more than willing to work with you.
The prices are very comparably lower than most retail stores. The variety and specialty items are also a great plus for this site.
After a rough past order with Reserve bar, I decided to give them another chance. I ordered an limited edition bottle of Hennessy for my bf. It arrived a day early and it was processed pretty quickly. I reached out for help during this order and was met with a response of less than 24hrs and the issue was handled. I am happy this tome around :)
Good website, customer service got in touch with me minutes after placing an order to let me know that my item is back ordered and offer my refund right away or an option to keep my order til they receive shipment.
My order got stuck somewhere in shippingland and my email question for an update was not only answered quickly and concisely, but there was nearly daily updates to ensure I remained in the loop on the progress of my shipment. I will definitely be using reserve bar again!
I deal with many VIP Clients and quality and service are everything! Reserve Bar went above and beyond to get the products I wanted to me in a very short time frame. I've never ordered from Reserve Bar before so I was unsure of the turnaround time for a reply to my issue. I received a response in less than an hour... not kidding. There was a glitch with a coupon code I was using and they were able to reset things for me. I've worked in customer service over 13 years and they were fantastic. Great Customer service, rapid responses. I had a very small issue with an order and it was fixed that day and I received it in a matter of days. I was notified through the whole shipping process from beginning to end.
UPDATE: After a ton of research ReserveBar is totally scamming people. The company, 'ReserveBar' is actually a company named, US Beverage Advertising located in Connecticut. ReserveBar's corporate office/headquarters is listed as being in Dallas, TX and with me living 10 minutes away I took a little drive out there. Of course I wasnt surprised to find out its actually someones personal residence. Thats someone not having anything to do with ReserveBar. This is so bad for them.
I gave ONE STAR only because ZERO STARS was not an option.
Don't order from this company. It will be week's late and that's only if it ships at all.
Don't even think about receiving a refund because that's not going to happen either.
Only order from them if you want to waste your time, money and patience.
My next step is small claims court and it's only because its time people and companies start being held accountable for their crappy ways. It's not even about the money at this point.

Ordering through ReserveBar is great! ReserveBar has a great selection of spirits to choose from and their customer service is outstanding. You will not regret purchasing from them.
I've been using ReserveBar for a couple of years as my go-to long distance bar supplier. I've been pleased with the quick turnaround and when I've contacted customer service, my challenges have been quickly resolved. I'll use them again...
Good overall experience. A glitch over one part of an order that was quickly corrected. On a separate order, Meagan in customer service put in great effort, ensured order was handled properly, and was really pleasant throughout all communications. I will definitely order again!
Customer service was great. I had a problem with a promo code and received a quick response and resolution. After placing my order I needed to adjust my shipping address and also received a quick response to fix the issue. Highly recommended
Aviation Gin is the best Gin Ive ever had. I mix it with juice, fruit,, and ice so I have a real feel good drink. I'll continue to purchase this Gin from ReserveBar and thank you Ryan Reynolds. YUM!
I wanted the velt bag but didnt get it. I don't mind. I love the bottle. If I had gotten the velt bag, I woukd have given 5 stars.
