Shame on you. This company falsely promotes Happy customers. Before you order do your research or you will end up with nothing but no product and a big headache trying to communicate with this company.
There are a lot of "positive" reviews written in on the same date several times on here... The owner must be either putting employees up to putting positive reviews or creating accounts to make positive reviews the profiles were created the same day as the review was written... scroll all the way through and read the comments before you are given a false sense of good service. Reserve bar is a terrible company order anything from.
I ordered a bottle of jw blue engraved at checkout I was givin a choice of express 1 day express 2 day or 7/10 days so I chose the express 2 day not only did they mislead and made things worst when I called the representative after 20 min on the phone suggested that I can get 1/2 of the express charge that's insulting not only did I not not get. The omg it's sceduled 6 days after delivery I will never use this company again and who ever is thinking of using this company be careful if you. Need something delivered by a certain time all you will get is excuses on why it did not happen!
Reserve Bar has some of most unhelpful and presumptuous customer service I have encountered.
I placed an order and unfortunately left off a letter in my email address, so I never received a confirmation email. I sent an email to customer service to check that the order did in fact go through since I didn't receive a confirmation email but my credit card had been charged, and the response I received back was "please wait for your confirmation email." -Helpful.-
Thankfully another associate reached out to me shortly afterwards to help me troubleshoot. I provided every email address I could think of (although it didn't do any good since I had misspelled it in the original order), as well as the last 4 digits of my credit card and the name on my card. Apparently they found nothing. They proceeded to instruct me to confirm with my bank as they couldn't find a single order with my name or credit card number on it.
The purchase had already gone through on my card and I had already confirmed with my bank of the purchase, as I had mentioned in a prior email. I went ahead and emailed confirmation of the purchase on my credit card statement, but decided to call customer service at this point, as this issue didn't seem that it would be resolved via email. I ended up speaking with the associate I had been communicating with via email, and AGAIN he insisted the statement must be pending and to check with my bank. Frustrated, I again confirmed I already had and asked if I could speak to someone else.
I was put on hold until the associate returned. He informed me the reason they couldn't locate my order was because the email address was missing a letter, but not to worry because they found it by searching via my name & credit card...
When I communicated that I felt my assistance request was not handled adequately, that they should have done more thorough search queries or to at least request additional data if needed, he responded that the misspelled email address made for a difficult situation and they were busy trying to assist other customers as well.
The prices and product selection are fantastic, but that kind of customer service is just inexcusable.
Reserve Bar has an excellent item selection and timely and responsive customer service and often offers special deals and limited supply rarities!
I've ordered several times from ReserveBar and will continue to. On my last order one of my items was missing, but Daniel was great at helping me resolve the issue and stayed in contact with me daily about the order status. Thank you for the great customer service!
I had some initial frustration with the shipping. It seemed to be on the shipping companies end, but ReserveBar made sure things were made right and kept me consistently updated. In a world where customer service is lacking this company is a shining example of what aught to be the standard.
I ordered our corporate gifts through Reserve Bar for the past two years. Last year I tried to change the gift message on one of the orders and it took over 7 days for someone to get back to me via text message. This service is an absolute joke.
I will never use them again.

What do you buy the couple that has everything? Look no further. I found the absolute perfect thank you gift for my cousins who gave us their river cabin in Co for a week, for free! I was going to purchase some Don Julio and ship it but didn't have to when I found the reserve bar online. They had a great selection of products and I was able to personalize the 1942 bottle. They LOVE it! They told us they think about us every time they open it up and have a drink.

I ordered some Woodford Bourbon for my mom and it was "delivered" and signed for according FedEx. But my mom never received the shipment. I called customer support and Rebecca assured me that she would get a replacement shipment out as soon as she could. She kept me posted daily and followed through. No questions asked. My mom got her replacement shipment and ReserveBar got me a loyal customer.
I was trying to find a particular bottle of something and expressed in an email the difficulty I was having in finding it. The staff responded very quickly and was very informative. I really appreciated the quickness!
When I received my purchase the quality was less than satisfactory, however after my inquiry with reserve bar I was completely in understanding of what happened and just blown away with the customer service. Mitch went into great detail with what had happened and gave me great options to help without me having to ask. Great Customer service is hard to come by these days so I am very impressed with this company in that respect. I do hope that they can get the problems with their manufacturer fixed as soon as possible, it was a big let down that my bottle came opened twice. :/ ... in any case big thank you to the customer service team for their prompt and efficient solutions, it really made all the difference to myself personally.
Staff responded to my email in a very prompt manner, which was greatly appreciated. I have ordered many engraved bottles for gifts and the recipients are always very pleased. Add in some bourbon glasses and you have a great and unique wedding gift!
