The young man handled the process well very well despite the fact that I was nervous he was always on point and he got the situation handled and done got my reservation everything that I wanted and need on the timely in a timely matter both for me to be there and it's completing the job.

I recently inquired about making a reservation for New Year's Eve. The first associate was upfront in explaining that while staff can make notes on requests, there's no guarantee I'd be placed in a room next to my father, who already booked a two‑bed room for two nights. I appreciated the clarity.
What surprised me, however, was the pricing. Despite booking seven weeks in advance in a rural area (with the nearest casino about 10 miles away), I was quoted nearly 70% more than what my father paid—yet for a smaller room with only one bed. The significant price difference felt unreasonable given the location and timing.
I called back, this time reaching an associate by the name of Nicholas, a few minutes later. Same room, same place. 5% lower final quote than the first associate. Hmmmmmm

When I made the reservation, before I paid, I asked if I would have to wait till 4pm. I didn't sleep last night because my son just bought their new born baby home and it cried all night.
I was told "you don't have to wait, the room will be ready for you when you get there."
The room was not ready and I was told I would need to wait until after guest check out at 11am.
Not Happy.

Was not to happy that I booked the wrong La Quinta hotel there are two in pigeon Forge, Tennessee, I was online. Thought I booked one and ended up booking the other one. Hope all is well and I also did not like that. They charge my card instead of holding my card. They charged it to my account immediately not happy about that.

But your AI "blocks" in terms of how difficult it was to finally speak to a live person was a total waste of my time and also created a lot of stress. You need to make it easier to talk to an actual person for problem-solving purposes. I personally won't be staying at your hotels due to this intrusion in your customer service capacity.

Asked if breakfast was included multiple times with the price and it's confirmed yes. Was also told when we checked in that breakfast was included. Went for breakfast this morning and we had to pay! Went to the front desk and they said no we didn't book a room including breakfast!

Answer: Call your credit card company and report it as an unauthorized charge. You may have to cancel your card and get a new card and card number, but it's worth it.
Answer: Impossible to get money back. They're just scumbags!
Answer: Yes, this company charges a fee, which it will not refund even if you cancel your reservation within minutes!

Answer: It can be, if its refundable reservation. Every reservations has a different cancelation policy. Mostly last minute reservations are not cancelable.
Answer: My experience is the same. reservations.com obviously nails a lot of unsuspecting Canadians this way. They don't make any attempt to help you out when they are confronted by this way of hosing us. Its a sleazy organization.
