Very disappointed. Was not told I was working with a third party travel firm. I thought I was talking directly to the hotel. I was told the rate including taxes and fees would be $ 620. I was not told the room rate was
$ 395 and taxes and fees were $ 220. Fraudulent misrepresentation. I will never use this organization again

Th hotel could not provide a room with a roll in shower and king size. When asked if
He could recommend another alternative hotel. He did not hesitate. He called several hotels and eventually secure accommodation for us. Now that is top class service. Thanks Brent

I wanted to book a room at the TWA Hotel at JFK. When I was told there were no rooms available, the agent asked if I would like information on the closest available hotels for the best price. I said yes, and he gave me options which I later learned were part of a consortium of hotels that are linked in order to exploit the trust of a customer who doesn't know the area. Unfortunately I believed him and booked what I learned was a non-refundable ticket, and now I have to jump through hoops to get a refund. I was scammed. My social media will be very interested in this if I'm not given a full refund.

I called to make a reservation. The gentleman asked me if I had pets. I said yes I have two small dogs. He asked me if they were service dogs and I said no they are pets and he said OK and booked my reservation but when we got here, no pets were allowed. I am expecting a full refund of my $105.96 since you're employees obviously don't understand plain English.!

Answer: Call your credit card company and report it as an unauthorized charge. You may have to cancel your card and get a new card and card number, but it's worth it.
Answer: Impossible to get money back. They're just scumbags!
Answer: Yes, this company charges a fee, which it will not refund even if you cancel your reservation within minutes!

Answer: It can be, if its refundable reservation. Every reservations has a different cancelation policy. Mostly last minute reservations are not cancelable.
Answer: My experience is the same. reservations.com obviously nails a lot of unsuspecting Canadians this way. They don't make any attempt to help you out when they are confronted by this way of hosing us. Its a sleazy organization.
