My wife and I are here in Las Vegas to visit our Daughter, Grandson, Granddaughter and our Greatgranddaughter.

At times the call seemed to go out and I had to repeat myself. For the most part the reservation went well but towards the end it reported that it was having difficulty confirming my reservation and it was going to send me to customer service but then I got a text saying it was confirmed

I booked a Jacuzzi jet tub suite and I was told that I could check in within one hour of making the reservation when I arrived at the hotel and confronted the front clerk about it to check in. She told me that I could not until three PM. But I could check in if I got just a regular room. I specifically wanted the jetted tub room. So now I have to settle for less for the same price because the hotel would not knock off any of the cost of the room. This was absolutely horrible and misleading. And caused conflict between me and the front clerk. This was absolutely a horrible experience and I would not wish it on anyone else because it is unacceptable.

Was not aware I had been sent to a third party service. Charges were outrageous. I'm 83 years old and was deceived. I've attempted to cancel within one hour. We'll see if I'm ripped off.

I called to get assistance with canceling my reservation because I cant find my reservation email. He was rude and did not take time to try to assistance me. Just transferred me to the area that ask me for the reservation number that I told him I did not have. And hung up and called back and was told he could not assistance me. He didn't even look to see if he could locate my reservation.

Answer: Call your credit card company and report it as an unauthorized charge. You may have to cancel your card and get a new card and card number, but it's worth it.
Answer: Impossible to get money back. They're just scumbags!
Answer: Yes, this company charges a fee, which it will not refund even if you cancel your reservation within minutes!

Answer: It can be, if its refundable reservation. Every reservations has a different cancelation policy. Mostly last minute reservations are not cancelable.
Answer: My experience is the same. reservations.com obviously nails a lot of unsuspecting Canadians this way. They don't make any attempt to help you out when they are confronted by this way of hosing us. Its a sleazy organization.
