I was taking along my whole family to our vacation to Charleston in South Carolina. I got a good deal at a serviced apartment with Reservations.com. It was a pleasant surprise as I didn't think they would list serviced apartments in their choices. We all had a comfortable stay.
I really like the ease of booking a hotel with Reservations.com. What's more is that they also offer good deals and discounted prices. In my recent visit at Key West, I couldn't turn down an offer to stay at Margaritaville Key West Resort & Marina. The price offered was just too good to ignore and it was so close to the beach.
Reservations.com has made frequent travelling easier than ever. I run my clothing business in different states and am always on the go. I have used their service multiple times to reserve hotel rooms and I am absolutely pleased. Full marks for quick response and quality of service. Highly recommended.
I've stayed at this hotel plenty of times but this time wasn't so good, I checked in and we I went to my room the door was wide open and someone was doing something in there I asked to change rooms since they were working in it the man at the front desk said no so I kept the room then when we get in the room it has a burning smell in it, and the one bed had some type of stain on the pillow. My fiancé said we are never staying there again.
Tried to make a reservation with reservations.com on 7/7/18 for 7/19 -7/21/2018. They charged my card $1,019.41 and said confirmation number would appear next and would also be sent in email. Then the site put up an error message, "Whoops!", and no confirmation number. I called my credit card company. Reservations.com had charged my card. I received no confirmation email from reservations.com. I called the hotel I was supposed to have been booked at. They had no reservation for me, and in fact had no rooms available to reserve. The reservation was supposed to be for during Comic Con, when rooms in San Diego become scarce. I called reservations.com and told them they had charged me without reserving me a room, and they denied that I had a reservation, which was the whole point. They charged me but gave me nothing. I emailed the charge as it appeared on my credit card bill and they just kept denying that I had a confirmation and refused to address the fact that they had charged me for nothing. Then, after many emails from me demanding my money back, weeks after the fraudulent charge, they triumphantly told me they had found my confirmation, which was to have been weeks prior, was obviously just fabricated, and wasn't even for the correct day, and would have been useless anyway since they didn't come up with it until weeks after it was to have been used.
These people are 100% dishonest. There are plenty of other choices. Do yourself a favor and stay away from reservations.com.
We came in town for a soccer tournament. Our kids wanted to swim and it was 6:00 pm. We were interrupted by a man who came in yelling at us and shouting at the kids telling them to be quiet or he would shut down the pool. I understand if it was passed pool hours or even close to time for other guests to be sleeping, however, it wasn't. I was also yelled at by another staff member telling me I couldn't take my bagel upstairs. I've never in my life had so many rude people on one staff. Very unfortunate.
I reserved my first hotel room online with this company and it seems to be something that I will mostly use. All the best deals to choose from.
Their prices are a little higher, but when you will find their quality service you will forget about all. Recommend it
I used this website to book my room at the hotel. They got me discount on my room price. It was really lovely gesture. Thank you.
I have been loyal to this firm over three years from now. Got myself some extra offers with coupons for spa and wellness. Its the right way to treat your loyal customers. I'm really thrilled.
I booked a small trip through these people so my husband and I could have a small get away vacation. We maybe get to see each other one day a week if we are lucky because of our work schedules. The same day I reserved and PAID for the few nights stay at the hotel they called me saying their website could not reserve the room because it was unavailable for those days. I told them just to cancel and refund my money. My husband called the hotel directly and guess what. The room I reserved through reservations.com WAS available and CHEAPER. They also had no confirmation for what I had reserved on this website. My money has yet to be refunded back into my account days later. I will NEVER book any trip or hotel through this website again. If I could give them negative stars I would. Scam Scam Scam!
Nice experience with reservations.com. Its very useful site and easy to use. My booking experience is good and i am fully satisfied with customers services.
This company doesn't disclose that they are NOT the actual hotel. I'm totally disgusted and frustrated that they tricked me into an extra $100 more than the actual hotel charges. I was out of town for a funeral and this was something I really didn't need at that time. Like kicking someone when they're already down. They should be put out if business. Check the BBB they have scammed so many people. Never again. I'll just wait until I $#*!ing get to my destination and talk to the front desk my self.
We booked a good and affordable hotel in Las Vegas thanks to Reservations.com. I mean, the likes of the Palazzo, the Venetian, and hotels like that were on the list but I'm glad the site offered me equally great hotels at a price closer to our budget!
Deceptive practices in my opinion. Attaching their number to a "Call Us" button on what appears to be the hotel's website. Why don't they also state the fees and taxes PLUS reservation fees and TOTAL cost when they confirm a booking on the phone? Not only that but there is a language barrier where it's difficult to even understand half of what is being said. $96 a night for two nights turns out to be an additional $62.00? Non-refundable of course if you are unhappy once you receive the "confirmation of b. S." email. Fooled me once but never again will they get my business. Buyer beware! Be sure you are dealing with the hotel or a reputable company. Hotel clerk told me I booked through Expedia.com. I have yet to see Expedia.com on any written documentation. Reservations.com is, in my humble opinion, deceptive in their practices.
I, too, was surprised to learn my reservations were not made through the hotel itself - even though I started out on the hotel's website. Through a series of circumstances I didn't stay at that hotel and canceled my reservation with the hotel manager and with her blessings. But low and behold, it wasn't in her control to refund my money! Eventually, l ended up working with Reservations and my refund was returned timely. I'm avoiding second party booking agents but will be willing to work with Reservations.com if needed.
Thought I was on the hotels website, but wasn't. The booking is non-refundable. Very deceptive. I am going to dispute the charge.
My sister booked a hotel for the past summer and her experience was awesome. I will book mine for Christmas and hope my experience will also be great. Can't wait
I made the reservation for me and my colleagues. The company quickly gets in touch with me. I didn't have to do anything and more than that, we got a car to come and pick us. Nice experience
I personally use reservations.com all the time for looking into my travel needs. Very concise, thorough, and lots of options for me and my family when it comes to traveling. My Number 1 go to website.
Answer: Call your credit card company and report it as an unauthorized charge. You may have to cancel your card and get a new card and card number, but it's worth it.
Answer: Impossible to get money back. They're just scumbags!

Answer: It can be, if its refundable reservation. Every reservations has a different cancelation policy. Mostly last minute reservations are not cancelable.
Answer: My experience is the same. reservations.com obviously nails a lot of unsuspecting Canadians this way. They don't make any attempt to help you out when they are confronted by this way of hosing us. Its a sleazy organization.
Answer: Hello Brodie, We have sent you an email this morning regarding your concerns. Please email us directly so we may assist you. Sincerely, Customer Support Reservations.com
Answer: Yes, you were billed. Call your credit card company and report it as an unauthorized charge. Your company should remove it, send you a new card and assign you a new card number.
