Tried calling several times and wasn't able to get ahold of anyone. Then when I finally did I told them I wanted to cancel my room and they told me I had to do it 7 days prior even though I tried calling them befor that time frame. Since I didn't reach them in time I still got charged. When I did get them on the phone I got a woman who barely spoke English and couldn't hear a word they were saying. Do not book with them.
Was told that I was reserving a king room with separate living room. Get to the hotel and the lady said they don't offer those kind of rooms and that there's a couch in the open room with the bed. She also said this company always gives false descriptions of their rooms. Will never go through them again ended up going next door and paying more money for a room with a separate living room

I placed my reservation for a hotel in Laurel, MS back in May, 2021. On June 16 I called the hotel to cancel the reservation and they had no record of a reservation. After several attempts to find our reservation, I called the 800 number on our confirmation email and told them I wanted to cancel the reservation. They said I would be responsible for one night's stay since I called inside the 7 day requirement to cancel (contrary to the hotel's own policy!) They finally tracked down our reservation (made under an incorrect name!) but still didn't cancel it. I had to call the hotel and cancel it myself. They misrepresented themselves on the website as the reservation desk at the hotel and I was led to believe that was who I was talking to when I originally made the reservation. Needless to say, we are out over $200 because of their deceptive practices! DON'T BE FOOLED!

I booked with them thinking I was booking with the lake Yellowstone hotel. When we finally took our trip, my husband had a heart attack in Cheyenne. We never made it to the hotel. I call reservation desk the night of the heart attack. I was told they would ask the hotel for a refund considering the circumstance and then I did not hear back. I called the hotel and they said of course they would refun and put it in my reservation. That was five days ago. No word from res desk and the number of my reservation they say they've never heard of But they find it eventually. This is over $1,000.0o. I'm terribly upset and feel so cheated

The Reservation Desk's total costs was same or more than the room price (as confirmed later with hotel) had I just walked into hotel without a reservation and requested a room-rate quote. All the requests I. E. Double beds/handicap accommodations and other) that Reservation Desk was provided were never communicated to hotel. My Priority Points, for stay, were disallowed since I had used a third party vendor. Generally I could not understand the 'foreign' agent on the phone, yet believe he misled me as to costs and intentions. Will never use Reservation Desk/Priceline again!

I made a reservation and spelled my name using the phonetic alphabet and they STILL messed it up! They spelled my name right to get the credit card charged, but jacked it up on my reservation, go figure. When I tried to get it corrected, they acted like it was an IT technical problem and the IT department would contact me in 48 hrs. That never happened. THEN I was told I had to contact the hotel to get it corrected. I contacted the hotel and they said that is not the way it is done and they should be able to correct it.
The hotel employee did tell me they get A LOT of complaints about this company messing up names, etc. She was able to find and confirm my reservation, but Reservationdesk.com did NOT make things easier.

I booked a reservation through this company: they were very quick to make the reservation and take a full payment. Spent over two hours trying to cancel due to them not informing of all fees. They still have yet to call me back with a resolution. It's impossible to get help from them. They bury you on hold for hours.

Tricks you into thinking they are a re the hotel reservation desk. Calling them crooks, scammers, deceptive is a compliment to them. As they are that bad, negative 5 stars. Stay away! Worst company I have ever dealt with re: travel. They know nothing and charge a fee to make a reservation and have no inside knowledge of the properties they claim to be.

I went directly to the hotel's website to make reservations. Noticing a $14.99 additional charge only when I confirmed my reservation. When I needed to cancel they kept my $14.99
It's ridiculous and misleading to go directly to the hotels website, book your own room only to charge by some other party that does absolutely nothing
For that reason I will never use that hotel nor any others that use ReservationDesk

5/30/2021 I clicked the blue high lighted number on the hotel website after I was having trouble making the booking online. It sounded legit! They gave us a reservation confirmation via text but managed to botch the email address. Long story short we got over 3 hours away to our hotel and there was no reservation to be found! Then the other alarm going off in our mind was someone has our credit card information too! We proceeded to call reservation desk.com for the next 2 hours basically to harass them and confirm that the whole company is a fraud! They answer and don't even know what hotel you are trying to book! They say the wrong hotel so you give them the right one! They will put you off to customer service that will never pick up! If you ask who they are working for... one lady said reservation counter. Com... seems like they are sliding their info on top of hotel web sites! Take these thieves down Better Business Bureau!

THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! We booked a pet friendly hotel 4 and half hours away from home, received multiple emails confirming that our reservation was booked and GURANTEED. We even called the hotel to confirm that our dog would be accepted only to find out at the time of check in that NO RESERVATION WAS MADE WITH THE HOLIDAY INN BUENA VISTA RESORT! We immediately called customer service and their automated system is the most frustrating and inefficient system ever. When you call you're told that there are 20 calls in queue before yours, then there are 23 calls, then 26 calls! The number of calls in queue before yours fluctuates. If you press 1 for a call back you receive a call over half an hour later informing you that your call was canceled and get hung up on! If you stay on the line, you wait a MINIMUM of 40 minutes before speaking with a person. You feel hopeful because they said that they would take care of it even if they have to accommodate you somewhere else. They say that they will call back and HOURS pass and no call. After EIGHT HOURS the best that they do is accommodate us at a hotel 300 miles away or refund our money with an additional 20% for our inconvenience. Had they been honest from the beginning we would have had time to make alternate plans but we waited because they said that they would take care of finding us alternative accommodations. Now we're STRANDED in Orlando with our 5 year old child and senior dog and NO WHERE TO SLEEP. I am LITERALLY writing this review at 1:15am from our rental car (check in was supposed to be at 4pm) while my husband is trying to find a place where we can legally park and sleep for the night so that we can figure out what we're going to do for the rest of our stay here. Don't ruin your vacation and risk putting yourself and your family in jeopardy by having to sleep on the streets. Book with a reputable company, which this is not. I am completely livid right now and had to go back to edit out certain choice words to make sure that my review gets posted with the hopes that I can spare others from this horrible situation.

Where do I begin... misrepresentation, omission of part of our reservation and neglected to tell us they would charge my credit card an additional $14.99.
Misrepresentation- I asked if this was the physical hotel and he said yes... LIE! Did not put on the reservation that we have a dog... almost caused us to have to find another hotel after 11 hours in the car. Then charged my card for an additional fee that I was not informed about. World class lies and cheats. Be very careful if you Google a hotel. Do not book anywhere except thru the hotels site. Thanks God for the manager. He and the staff were wonderful. Found a way we did not have to search for another hotel. God bless the staff at the hotel. As for Reservationdesk.com, they need to be looked into for fraud.

Thought I was on the hotel website when I booked through reservationdesk.com. After booking, I received confirmation emails from both reservationdesk.com and booking.com. Apparently reservationdesk.com didn't make the actual reservation. They booked it through a third party while charging me a $12.99 service fee to do so. I could have gone directly to booking.com, and done this myself. THIEVES!

Thought I was booking through a hotel. Told me the hotel was pet friendly. I stated to them the breed of my dog. I arrived at the hotel and they refused service do to my pet being over their weight limit.
Hotel would not refund me as I reserved through a 3rd party.
Notified the Reservation desk and they initially refused to refund me then stated they would send it off to the manager as I was not at fault.
Of course I never heard from them again.
Beware. This company is our for your money and have no problem screwing you over.

Be careful! I thought I booked my Delta ticket directly with Delta as that is the number I called to get my son's ticket book since I couldn't do it online for a minor. I had NO idea it was through Reservation Desk until I called Delta, who told me it's through an agency and I needed to call the agency. It took going through 3 other places to end up at Reservation Desk. I needed to cancel our ticket to figure out what we were doing due to the Covid situation at our visiting destination. I called Reservation Desk, they told me my ticket was a cheap ticket ($2,000+) and so I can't cancel but get a credit. It has to be for the same individual but departing city or destination can change. The next day I called to rebook for two months later departure date and was told, the original ticket was an expensive ticket so I need to rebook in that class and will need an additional $500. WTH?!?! First it was a cheap ticket when they wanted to keep my money, then it was an expensive ticket when they wanted more of my money. In the end I asked for a refund and was told they taxes won't be refunded but taxes will be about $700. I am in SHOCK! This all just happened literally 5 mins ago. I am writing this review as during the current climate, it's unethical for companies to be taking money from us, just unethical so please be careful. I will continue
to see if there are any other options to getting my money back...

Reservation Desk agent booked the wrong hotel for me.
When I called back 3 days before the arrival date requesting a refund as Reservation Desk did not have the hotel I wanted I was told I will get my money back in 5 to 7 business days. After 45 days I still did not receive my refund... I do not believe I will ever receive it as Customer Support line is almost impossible to reach.

I was directed to this service via an internet search for the hotel I was wanting book. They led me to believe I was speaking to the hotel. Needed to change my reservation but the hotel wasn't able to do so without a "confirmation" number. ReservatioDesk (RD) refused to give me that number. That number is needed for the hotel to change or cancel the reservation which is why RD will not give it to you. Instead they provide what they call an "itinerary" number which is not something the hotel will recognize. On top of that the ReservationDesk hotel rate was about $150 more per night than the rate available from the hotel. This service is a definite scam. Avoid it at all costs. And, as general rule always confirm that you are talking to the hotel. In my case a internet search brought up

Answer: It's a complete scam. What booking company takes your payment in full for the room months in advance and then you cancel months in advance and then they not refund your money! TOTAL SCAM! 110% scam!
Answer: You are really not talking to a supervisor when you ask to speak with a supervisor. They have terrible customer service and hung up on me when I insisted on talking to someone above the person who would not help me. Seriously! Read some script and then hung up on me. I cannot get a refund. Do NOT use this service. They scam you into believing that you are talking to a representative of the hotel. When I called them to get my money back, the so called, "Supervisor," hung up on me and would not let me speak to her supervisor. Very unprofessional conduct. I would never hang up on a customer.
