They booked me into a hotel in Miami that was closed. Instead of contacting me to tell me they booked me in another hotel which I did not authorize. Luckily my son told me before my vacation that the hotel was closed so I booked another hotel. Now they don't want to give me my money back.
I made a reservation in North Carolina for a business trip. However, when I went to print out my reservation document the night before I was to go to the hotel my reservation showed a status of "Canceled". I never canceled my reservation so I called ReservationDesk.com twice and two customer service agents said that there was nothing that they could do to assist (i. E. re-activate my reservation, give me a new reservation or give me a refund.). When I finally spoke to a supervisor he told me that there are no refunds and that only I could've canceled the reservation and I had not. He said that no refunds means no refunds! I tried to reason with him since I'd used this website once or twice before (not on purpose). He told me that they would not do anything further to help me or to give me a refund for the room. Long story, short ReservationDesk.com is stealing nearly $150 for a service that they never provided!

Stay away from this scam! They mislead me to believe that I was dealing directly with the hotel. Then they downplayed the cancellation policy. I discovered that I had only a few hours to cancel. I reserved the room over a month and a half ahead and now only 1 week later need to cancel. My entire amount is down the drain.

IF YOU MAKE A RESERVATION AND NEED TO CHANGE IT OR CANCEL IT, YOU MUST DO SO WITHIN 24 HOURS OR LESS OF MAKING IT! YEP! YOU READ IT CORRECTLY. DEATH IN THE FAMILY? THEY TELL YOU THAT IS NOT OUR PROBLEM. YOUR CHILD GETS SICK WHICH MEANS YOU CAN'T TRAVEL IN THAT WEEK, BUT CAN TRAVEL THE FOLLOWING WEEK? NO CHANGES, NO MODIFICATIONS, NO CANCELLATIONS, NO REFUNDS. THE REASON I PUT THIS IN ALL CAPS IS BECAUSE YOU NEED TO UNDERSTAND THIS IS NOT A LEGITIMATE COMPANY. IF YOU CALL THEIR NUMBER OR BOOK ONLINE WITH THEIR WEBSITE, THEN CALL THE ACTUAL HOTEL THAT YOU THINK YOU HAVE A RESERVATION WITH, YOU WILL FIND NO RESERVATION EXISTS. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. There is no photo because apparently it is frowned upon to post a photo of an Anal opening. Who knew?

The woman on the phone never mentioned there was a fee and that they were a third party vendor. She also lied about the vacancy of the hotel saying this was last room available and there were many empty rooms when we got there. And she did not get me the lowest rate available. So dishonest, would never recommend or use again.

I was trying to book on my phone directly with a hotel. Must've clicked wrong & ended up at reservation desk somehow. They charge $13 to book a room online. So stupid!

Gave me the impression that I could cancel my reservation. I cancelled less than 10mins after booking. This scammers charged my account and refused to refundmy money. Note that this reservationswas made on the 02/16/21 by 8pm but cancellation policy said I have up until 02/15 21 to cancel. At this time, I have not even made my reservation.

This has to be the worst booking site I've ever used! Was charged 100.00 for taxes & fees for a 95.00 room? Took 2 full days to cancel room with multiple phone calls 1 call was told needed a attorney. TO CANCEL A ROOM? NEVER EVER AGAIN!

You are being charged a fee for a reservation. No employee is American and they continue to talk and use the complimentary language they are taught, which means they are not listening to you.
I was lied to about a pet policy at a hotel just so the reservation could be made. I called the hotel directly and found out the true answer and cancelled with them. The Reservation Desk will not give you a refund even though it is the fault of whoever makes the reservation. I finally talked to a manager who like the other employees could not speak or understand English very well and got my fee back. Well I was told it would be refunded, we will see.
Do Not Trust this company. I have a hard time believing they are still in business. Learned my lesson

Because of the winter storm this week in Houston I was unable to make my Friday reservation. I called to see if I could modify the reservation to Saturday. I spoke to two people, the first flat out refused to help saying the original date was non refundable. When I explained that this was an Act of God preventing me from coming and I was modifying not canceling she didn't care. The second person said he was try to help and after 20 mins of back and forth he said that he could give me a special rate of $80 for the second night (the first booking was for $100). Again I tried to convey the seriousness of the weather preventing my arrival on Friday and he said this was the best they could do. It is deplorable that they refused to assist with a modification to a reservation due to something that was completely out of my control. I would have understood if I was trying to cancel or maybe even a $20 change fee that I would have been happy to pay. But to refuse to assist or charge basically the same price for the change was unacceptable. I had to eat the $100 charge and make a new reservation for $75 (through the hotel directly). I will never use this service again and discourage anyone from issuing this scam of a business.

A reservation was made for 2 nights on the prior business day, reservation had to cancel 3 hours later,

I was still charged for 1 full night of the stay as well as the $9.99 booking fee by reservationdesk.com even though the hotel did not charge anything for the booking. 1st & last time using this booking service. Wouldn't even give them 1 star. I called to get a hotel room because we have been without power for over 12 hours now with temps in the single digits. I asked the guy on the phone if the motel had power he assured me it did i get to the hotel and the front desk can't look up my reservation because they have no power and hadn't had power for 12 hours. I call the customer support desk and they don't know if they can refund my money or not being it's the same day as check in which is the same day I called to reserve room. I recently unknowing used this service to reserve a hotel room for a weekend softball tournament (it was a number from the tournament director to save money). The person making the reservation from the company was fairly nice and tried to explain things the best that he could with the knowledge that he had. He stated that I could not change or cancel my reservation because it was the last room available, this sounded fishy but I was a little desperate. A week before the tournament the schedule came out and we do not play until late the second day so I would only need one night in a room instead of two. I call the hotel direct and ask if I could change the reservation. They stated that they could not and I had to go through the service. I figured but thought it was worth a try. Just to satisfy my curiosity, I asked how many rooms where available, they stated there are tons of room left! Well that did not make me to happy. I call the service and asked if I could change the reservation and I was told absolutely not! They stated I agreed to the no change policy. Which I did. But when I asked why they had that policy, they stated they use that policy when the hotel is low on the number of rooms left. I told them I talked directly with the hotel and was told there are tons of rooms left, the comment I received was "what does the hotel have to do with us"? Needless to say I was not very happy with that comment. So I asked for a supervisor. I was on hold for over five minutes. He stated I will not be receiving any cancellation on the hotel and that was final! I asked to talk to his supervisor and he said he will not transfer me to anyone else. So needless to say this company is very unprofessional and I highly recommend not using them for anything!

My husband and I booked our hotel through reservation desk not knowing they were a 3rd party. Upon our arrival we learned that the room we originally asked for was not reserved. We ended up paying a high price and not receiving the room we booked but instead got a regular room. This was not the hotels fault but instead the third party which failed to confirm the availability of room we requested. We tried to despute it and reservation desk refused to give us back any of the $. I would not recommend booking through them. Extremely disappointed!

I saved for almost a year through the pandemic to go to Las Vegas to meet my sons for my youngest sons birthday! I accidently put in a date one month earlier than the date we were to go and this company would not refund or reschedule my $609.00 room reservation because I was one day late on catching the error! They were happy to reschedule for me and take more of my money, but I didn't have it! So, I am unable to go at all! The worst part, is they didn't even try to work with me and didn't even care!

This site makes you believe you are booking directly through the hotel and fail to tell you there are additional charges. "Alice" the rep I spoke to was a fast-talking, misleading representation of a dearly loved hotel. I was never informed of additional fees. The only red flag was I heard her say something to the effect of "no additional fees for cancellation". That's when I questioned further; "what do you mean additional?". They have a script that they read from VERY quickly! She even had to nerve to "yawn" multiple times during our conversation! SHAME ON YOU!

I booked a hotel and cancelled within 3 hours on the same day. I thought I made it directly with the hotel. Their cancellation policy said I was required to cancel the day BEFORE I made the reservation to get a refund. I sent an email and NEVER got a response and NEVER got my refund. Answer: It's a complete scam. What booking company takes your payment in full for the room months in advance and then you cancel months in advance and then they not refund your money! TOTAL SCAM! 110% scam!
Answer: You are really not talking to a supervisor when you ask to speak with a supervisor. They have terrible customer service and hung up on me when I insisted on talking to someone above the person who would not help me. Seriously! Read some script and then hung up on me. I cannot get a refund. Do NOT use this service. They scam you into believing that you are talking to a representative of the hotel. When I called them to get my money back, the so called, "Supervisor," hung up on me and would not let me speak to her supervisor. Very unprofessional conduct. I would never hang up on a customer.
