Hi! The service was the worst I received in my life, I spoke with Ana Wilson and Aaron Thomas and they gave me a bad service. I called to get a ticket and they charged me 150 for the service and to cancel it they wanted to charge me 200 and on top of that, losing the flight ticket. When I spoke with them to find a solution they told me that there was no solution that I took the flight or paid 200, when I asked to speak with a manager they told me that there was not. Terrible service, bad attention and quite rude.
Not at anytime did you tell me that you were talking US money! You knew l was phoning from Canada because l said Windsor, Ontario! I find this very deceitful and will never use your service again!

I tried to cancel but it took hours before I got someone and then it was hard to understand that person. After repeatedly call I finally got someone I could partially understand.
Cancelling should not be difficult but they made it so by design.

Messed my whole entire reservation up and we had to book another motel half way through our trip and they were rude asf. If i could leave a lesser rate than 1 star. I would.

I made a reservation through this agency and they straight up scammed me! $200 and when I called to get back my money they said I can't speak to any supervisor or manager, they consistently put me on hold for long periods just so I would hang up. PLEASE! I can't stress this anymore. Do use this agency and let them steal your hard-earned money. The RESERVATION DESK ARE A SCAM AGENCY!

When calling for reservations make sure you connect directly with your hotel. I thought I had but was directed to the Reservation Desk. Upon booking my stay for 6 nights I was charged $1449. 66 directly to my Credit Card. Then when I checked out my actual bill was $1212. 69 which is $236.97 less than the Reservation Desk charged. I called to complain and was told I would receive an answer in 48 hours. After 1 week I called back and bottom line is I was told there is nothing they would do about the overcharge as I agreed to pay that for the reservations. On the Review Desk charges the charge is listed as $1217. 28 then they list Taxes and Fees as $232.38 that is their hidden charge. Make sure you know who you are talking to upon making reservations because they have it automatically transferred to this company who overcharges.

As many others thought, I believed I was calling the hotel directly. I was told one room left, etc etc. and that I could cancel up until 4 pm that day for my next day reservation. Once I received the confirmation by email, it was only then that I saw the unrefundable 14.99 fee. This was not mentioned at all to me. I was then told they were putting me through to the lobby to book pool times, simply rang and rang, and then I was hung up on. Once I called the hotel they told me there should be a link in my confirmation to book, which did not happen. I'm usually pretty careful with this things, and yet here we are. Hopefully when we show up today, we actually have a reservation. I am now nervous that they have our credit card information.

I thought I was on the hotel website but somehow got diverted to this site. It did say that the booking was non-refundable and I was okay with that prior to seeing how much they charged me for taxes and fees. When I realized that the fees were MORE THAN DOUBLE what the hotel would normally charge, I tried to cancel my reservation, only to be told that the reservation was non-refundable. I am not disputing the charge with my credit card company because my cancellation was made within 24 hours.

I too thought I was dealing with or at least a service of the Days Inn & Suites. Over charged for my room by $30 per night. I could have paid $17 per night in taxes, instead I was charged almost $61 per night in taxes & fees. When I called RD to complain they told me there nothing they could do. Days Inn and Suites partners with this company and they also told me there was nothing they could do. I work in the service industry and can not imagine treating my customers with dishonesty & disrespect.

First of all, it looks like you are booking directly with the hotel -- which unfortunately I found out quickly that this is a 3rd party. After booking a hotel for an employee and family that I assumed was pet friendly since I checked the criteria box, I called the hotel to get credit card authorization form. I found out that the hotel is NOT pet friendly. I asked if I could cancel and quickly found out I booked through a 3rd party.
In the cancellation agreement it stated if canceled after 8/2/21 00:00 AM there would be a $140.00 cancellation fee attached. I literally booked not 10 minutes earlier. Evidently, the 00:00 AM means anytime that day there is a cancellation fee. I find the whole transaction to be EXTREMELY DECEIVING. I am out $140 $ $14.95 fee. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

I called to make a reservation at the Baltimore Harbor Inn and in the discussion with the operator (Logan) he told me that the price depended on whether it was a no-money-back reservation or one with a cancellation option. I said I was surprised at that since my previous reservation experience was that I could cancel up to 24 hours before the stay. Logan then asked me if I had booked a hotel
During this COVID period and I told him that was not his business. He called me rude and said he would put me on a list that blocked me from reserving a room at the hotel. That angered me and I asked to speak to a supervisor. He repeated the threat to block me (at least twice more) as I asked again to speak to a supervisor. He called me rude again which angered me further and I told him he was rude. He claimed to have many years in the business and knew how to deal with rude callers. He put me on hold and after a few minutes, told me he was still waiting and would keep me on hold. Then he hung up.
This occured at about 9am EST on 7/31/2021. I think/hope you have a recording and can check it.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU GET CHRIS ON THE PHONE! He is honest and good! And he is a GREAT customer service rep. Let me tell you my story I called them to book a room because a lot of the hotels were full I told a young lady I spoke with that I need to be at a checking right now and it was almost 2 AM she guarantee me that I would be able to check you know that it wouldn't be a problem and she also lied about the car she told me the cost was $100 and that included their $14.99 fee! I also expressed to the young lady that made my reservation 5 different times that it was imperative that I be able to check in at that very moment. I get to the hotel and can't check in until 3:00pm so I call the reservationdesk.com they told me they couldn't give me a refund and basically there was nothing I could do but check in at 3pm! However, I'm relentless and won't give up! I work for a living I need my little money and can't afford someone stealing from me! So I call back a few more times and FINALLY ran into Chris! Such a good guy he went the extra mile and helped me resolve my problem and get a refund! Thank you CHRIS!

I was booking a room at hilton garden inn, who by the way when i called to verify reservation had never heard of the company. They charged fees they had no explanation for, it looked like i was booking thru hotel but was booking thru this horrible company, very deceptive and charged way too much. I tried to cancel but said i would be charged anyway. NEVER will i use them again, and i advise everyone to make sure the reservation isnt being booked thru them.

We thought we were dealing directly with the hotel. The website looked credible. We discovered the two king bed suite we reserved did not exist and the pool and hot tub were only available for adults. When we saw the confirmation did not match the reservation we thought we made for our family (2 adults, 2 kids), we tried to cancel. The two day cancellation policy turned into a ‘no refund' policy, We have yet to receive a phone call or e-mail from either of the ReservationDesk.com customer service agents who promised to call back in 20 minutes two days ago. Would have assigned 0 stars if that's option was available. Do not deal with ReservationDesk.com This is not a reliable service.

I booked four rooms for three days each, I cancelled two rooms the first day because of family situations. According to the policy I would only have to pay for one day. Every time I call reservation desk I get a different story. They stated that they would email the acknowledgement of cancellation authorizing the hotel to make the refund. They never did and when I followed up with they email. Word to the wise. DO NOT USE RESERVATION DESK!

I made a 3 night reservation with this organization and it was COMPLETELY unsatisfactory. The first person I got could not understand me properly and vice versa. She even tried to book me into the wrong hotel! After asking for someone I could communicate with my booking was made. When I arrived at my hotel I discovered that I was not given a suitable room. My wife & I both have mobility challenges and require a handicap accessible room. We were given a normal room on the second floor with stair access only. We did eventually get a suitable room in the hotel with considerable difficulty. I did specify needing a handicap accessible room. Also because of being sold out at the hotel, we could not even have a badly needed shower the first night
This situation need not have happened had your staff had the proper training and had learned to speak and understand English properly before being put on the job. Shame on you! You can be sure I will NEVER recommend you to anyone, and will also never use your service again.

I thought I was booking directly with the hotel. I thought I was booking 3 rooms, they only reserved 2 for us. Asked for non-smoking, was given a smoking room. Tried to contact Reservationdesk, was on hold forever and never got through. They ripped me off for $800. Buyer beware.

Bait and switch! That's what it is… I reserved a room on Saint Pete Beach and it was shown as a gulf front room. My relative that is getting married there told me there was a discount for family members. When I called to check on the discount they told me my room was booked for a street side room. When I called reservation desk back to straighten that out they told me it was a problem with their system that booked the wrong room. They would not straighten that out. They can refund my money but they will not give me a gulf side room. BEWARE! Very unethical people. If I had not called the hotel I would not have known until check-in time.

Answer: It's a complete scam. What booking company takes your payment in full for the room months in advance and then you cancel months in advance and then they not refund your money! TOTAL SCAM! 110% scam!
Answer: You are really not talking to a supervisor when you ask to speak with a supervisor. They have terrible customer service and hung up on me when I insisted on talking to someone above the person who would not help me. Seriously! Read some script and then hung up on me. I cannot get a refund. Do NOT use this service. They scam you into believing that you are talking to a representative of the hotel. When I called them to get my money back, the so called, "Supervisor," hung up on me and would not let me speak to her supervisor. Very unprofessional conduct. I would never hang up on a customer. She read some script over the phone to me and then hung up on me. DO NOT USE this scamming outfit. You have been warned!
