Purchased two masks in March of 2020 as of June 22,2020, I have not received my purchase and they gave me a fake tracking number. When you look at your bank statement, another company has taken your payment. Remarkgreen is not on the debit. I guess I made the scammers 60.00 richer. They preyed amongst the people who are trying to protect themselves from this Covid-19 who are desperate looking for masks. Smdh. Also, I give them no stars but I have to put one in order to submit this review.

I order three masks from this company on April 18. It was quickly debited by lush good. I haven't received anything. There is no phone number and the emails take a long time for a response. The csr keeps citing COVID 19 yet everything is opening up and still does not explain the two months delay with no end in site. I have requested my money back and they offer me 5%. Absolutely not! I am disputing with my bank to get my monies. I will never order from this place again completely a fraud.

I ordered five facemasks in April and I received them last week. They are too small and have a strong chemical smell that made my eyes burn. I submitted a claim to PayPal since they cost $162.00. I was told the company would reimburse me if I returned the masks. I went to the post office today and paid $35 to return these masks to Hong Kong. The postal employee told me that it would probably take a month to get there. I think every vendor should clearly state where their product shipment originates. I would never have ordered masks from another country when I needed them quickly.

I Ordered several masks from them. After 2 months of not receiving them, I asked for a refund. They emailed me back and asked me to be patient due to high demand. I finally received part of my order and these masks are poorly made and made for a child. I asked for a refund and they emailed me telling me that it was not possible. These companies that get to advertise on Facebook should be looked into as being reputable before being allowed to advertise! Do NOT be scammed by the pictures as the material and the size is HORRIBLE! The 10 for $10 cotton cloth masks on amazon are more reliable then these!

I was skeptical because it took a long time. But their customer service kept in touch with me often and they apologized because as a new company they were inundated with orders up front and then could not get the materials and did not have the manpower to keep up with the amount of orders that came in.

I was patient and finally got my tracking number notice. Less than two weeks later (Quick ship from China btw), my package arrives and my masks and filters are all exactly as advertised... including my personalized one. I LOVE them! Since wearing masks in public seems like it will become the norm here like it is already in some other countries, at least for the foreseeable future, I am happy to have masks that show my personality.

I will be happy to place another order with Remark Green when I need something else and will do so without hesitation. Ordered 4/16/20, shipped 6/1/20 and arrived 6/18/20. Customer service was excellent as you can tell from my email headers below - 5/5 for me. Quality of masks is 5/5. Fit is perfect for me, my husband and my son, very stretchy! Wait was long compared to what they originally said it would be, but then circumstances changed and it was understandable. They even offered a discount on my next order along with their multiple apologies. This company is NOT a scam. ~ Michelle

I gave 5 stars because of the quality of the masks. The wait was beyond too long. I would give a zero (0) for Customer Service. I placed my order 4/17/2020, and received it today 6/18/2020. I thought I was being scammed because of how long it took to come in. I received my product, it has been two months and 1 day since I ordered. If you need it immediately, I would say do not order; but if it isn't a rush the products are exactly as the picture. I love the masks!

Ordered one mask 4/20/2020. Received all of these build updates and then a delayed shipping notification mid-May. Then on 5/20 it showed as shipped. I received the mask today, 6/18/20 after it showed shipping from somewhere in China. They showed a New Mexico address, so clearly they lie. The mask is not well made and there is no way to buy additional filters for it, because they are custom to this product fit and suddenly the face-mask products by Remark Green is GONE from the internet, Their website is basically blank now. SCAM. I disputed my payment through Paypal, but there are hundreds of complaints to BBB and they business cannot be "located". BEWARE/ DO NOT PURCHASE
