Placed an order 7 April 2020 and as of today (5 July 2020) a mere 3 MONTHS later... NOTHING HAS ARRIVED! Getting the run-a-round about order being shipped etc... now this company says my order is being shipped from Jamaica and the date of shipment keeps changing as the days go on... I've asked apx 6 times for reimbursement, each time it went from 5% refund to 10% refund now nothing. I have each and every email sent and received.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
I received all my mask and they are beautiful and comfortable... i ordered for my whole family... my sister did as well... customer service was great with me...
I was very excited to get my new mask I waited for since April. Unfortunately when it came it was already falling apart and did not fit my face at all! I'm so disappointed and hope that others will be cautious when ordering from them. $37 for a mask that I can never use. I tried contacting them and have yet to receive an email back.
I was not getting my masks I ordered; I got my bank to investigate this fraud. 2 days ago I got a partial order. I ordered 3 masks of 1 design, 3 masks of another design, an order of "5" filters that WERE to fit inside these masks. I got 1 mask and 2 filters. And guess what? There is no slot to put these filter into the mask. Not what I ordered or wanted. And like other posters have said they are child size, in my opinion. I am still trying to get a hold of my bank to continue with fraud; because no way am I paying for a "partial" order that is not complete or satisfactory. BTW this was a Facebook Ad; should have known better. May ten-fold be return to those who fraud.
EMAIL I GOT: Due to an enormous increase in mask demand during the epidemic, we are currently experiencing higher volume than usual. At the time being, we have equipped more staff to the warehouse, as well as the customer service center to ensure the processing time.
After the parcel is done and transit to our shipping agent, the shipping times typically take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days.

I have been waiting for four months to receive the 5 masks that I ordered. I have written them several times and they have not resolved the issue. I defeated would not reccomend ordering from this website!
I spent $206 for three (3) masks and a bunch of filters. I received my filters about three weeks ago, and just received my masks today. I am not happy. Please keep in mind that I first ordered this product in the beginning of March. Only one (1) of the masks is what I ordered. The other two (2), no. I would not say don't order from them, but if you do, be very very patient. And if you want the skull masks, I would not recommend. These DO NOT look like the pictures they had online. With that being said, they were really good with responding to emails. So I would say customer service is a solid 4 out of 5 stars. Be well, everyone.
I ordered masks in April, and ordered 3 for me, my 2 sisters, for a total of 9 masks. AS of today, i received 1 and one of my sisters received 1. I have emailed again and again and still no reasonable answer. I i did file a complaint with the AG of Texas, but have since seen they have a NM address too.
I emailed them again and plan or filing more complaints with additional AG in the states in which they list as a location.
They are taking advantage of people during a pandemic, and it is just shameful THEY ARE A SCAM. Do NOT ORDER from them.
I ordered these masks in April and I just received them two weeks ago. I ordered 3 masks and when they came they were none of the ones that I ordered. I have emailed them to let them know and I have gotten all types of excuses. At first they asked me to send pictures of what I received I did that, then they sent an email stating that they would get with the warehouse to see what happened. I am the one that always has to follow up they never let you know what is going on. So the email I received yesterday stated that they can refund me half of my money if I agree. I told them I do not agree and to either send me what I ordered or give me a full refund. I even told them to send me a prepaid label and I will send these hideous masks back to them. They sent another email today and said they are unable to give me a full refund and asked that I respond in agreement. I will not back down on this company they are a SCAM and they just send you anything that they want. If you received what you ordered then good for you. My sister lives in another state and they did the same thing to her. I spent $100 with these scammers and I want a full refund. I will be contacting the BBB and any other company I can find to file a complaint. FYI. The best time to email them is at night around 10:00 EST they will respond by the morning. Also, DO NOT USE PAYPAL use another credit card if you can so you can dispute the charges to get your money back quicker.

I ordered face masks from this company back in April. It is now the end of June. They are a scam! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! There are no phone numbers available to talk to a. Person. When they return emails it is to say that my package is on the way. When I ask for a refund, they ignore it. SCAM SCAM SCAM!
A month after I ordered a couple of masks, I was told they were shipped and I would receive them soon. A couple of weeks later no masks and no tracking info. I request a cancellation and refund. Never received a refund. It's been three months now and no refund and no masks.
I actually feel really bad for these guys. As covid-19 Kover they got absolutely slammed. I'm certain there's no way they could have anticipated the incredible increase in demand for their product. Yes it took us a while to get our masks. But they are every bit the high-quality pieces that we looking for!

Ordered 2 masks in April of 2020. It's June 26th 2020 and I still haven't received them. I should have read the reviews. SMH. With repeated emails after the first month I start getting a tracking number from USPS tracking stating the items are departed a shipping partner facility at Rosedale, Ny *******. This is all I have been receiving for May and June 2020.
I ordered a mask from this company. It literally took over two months to arrive. During which time I repeatedly emailed customer service who completely ignored my request to cancel my order and insisted each time it was on its way (when it wasn't- I know this because I tracked it after it arrived) Regardless I told them I still didn't want it, it looks nothing like the photos. They told me to take a picture of the item and send to them and tell them what was wrong. I told them it didn't look the same as in shape. It was uncomfortable. I ended up having to go through paypal because THEY DID NOT LISTEN- Paypal contacted them and they are making me return to CHINA. The address on my package is from NY... It cost me $20 to return a 30 mask. Pay pal says they will cover shipping up to $30. We will see. Totally disgusted and DO NOT RECCOMEND!
Shame on Remark Green aka OUTFIT MODEL COMPANY LIMITED by taking advantage of people during a challenging time! Scamming people by processing transactions for masks and buyer never receives them! You may say shame on me for not investigating the company prior to approving my payment but you caught me at a vulnerable time. Company went as far as providing fake tracking information with emails stating delays. After 90 days, paypal transaction refund pending but if I can even save one person from giving them money, I will consider my claim and review a success! Give you money to a legitimate company instead of this bogus one!
I ordered 23 masks about April 26. It said 3-7 business days delivery. What I failed to realize was my large order and it was coming from overseas. I was given a tracking number and followed. I got worried, I will say bc of all the it's a scam comments. I was in contact with them and they let me know it was shipped. Still following, I am happy to report I received my entire order June 15,2020 at 3:19pm!
The masks are awesome. Exactly what I ordered, adjustable ear elastic, and you can wear it with/without a filter (that is provided.) I tried it first without. Then with. Definitely a huge difference and I recommend using the filter. The air flows through and I am not sucking in fabric hahaha
Anyway, I work in a salon, and all the girls like it. I've even had one ask where I bought them from bc she wants to get some for her children to go to school with... all in all, I am happy I waited and didn't get pissed like everyone else did and cancel the order. It would have been a shame. The 2 months was well worth the wait indeed. I keep mine in my purse everywhere I go now.

Answer: Still waiting for PayPal to review my case. It is a real hassle to get help from PayPal. All that company had to do was provide tracking that they shipped the order, but the recipient has to file a criminal report with state or local authorities for PayPal to consider your case. In all honesty PayPal is a bit of a scam as well. They do not protect the consumer.
