THIEVES, LIARS. IN CHINA NOT THE U.S.

I orders 2 Masks. For $80 I felt it was high. But the mask was described as being the best out there multiple filters, carbon filters ect. So I decided to pay the high price since my husband is an EMT and I'm a Paramedic. Being both First Responders and we only had 1 N95 each to re-use. Due to the mass shortage. At first about once a week for the first 3 weeks they sent me an e-mail. Stating that they were working on our masks. But due to the heavy volume of orders due to covid-19 it's was taking longer but they were custom-making as fast as they could. I started emailing them after week 4 and they said they were going to be mailed out the next day. I had paid an extra $10 for the shipping tracking number which they said as soon as they were mailed out that they would send me the number 4 tracking via email. After that nothing. No phone calls no emails nothing. Now I continue to email them and get more and more colorful with my language but they wouldn't even respond after that point. They show an address in Houston. They are not located in the United States at all they are in Hong Kong China. I don't understand why our government will go after the smallest business owner here in the US. And they will go after big businesses that rip off the one percenters that get ripped off overseas, they will go after them tenaciously! But you let 2 First Responders that barely make over minimum wage (Paramedics and EMTs working on ambulances do not make crap. Firemen do Policemen do Nurses do. Hell people that worked in grocery stores in Texas receive a raise of $2 per hr and "Hero Pay" of a $1000. Bonus for working during the out break. We didn't get crap. But I digress. So sorry. The point is don't order from them. They are a total rip off. And I am going to do everything in my power to get them. And my money back! They sent this crap over here and then profited off of it. Oh I ordered the masks the 2nd week this Pandemic started. Good luck to everyone else out there that lost money to these bastards. And sorry for my long vent.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. THEY ARE IN CHINA NOT THE US LIKE THEY SAY THEY ARE. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER SEND YOU WHAT YOU ORDERED.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!
UNLESS YOU JUST WANT TO SEND MONEY TO CHINA FOR THE HELL OF IT. LOL

TheGeekMask.com = DBA Remark Green on facebook = DBA Lushgoods on your bank statements

On April 10th 2020, I ordered 4 anti-pollution masks and filters through thegeekmask.com (also DBA Remark Green on facebook) due to health related issue caused by COVID-19. The purchase price was $100, the vendor's name that appeared on my bank statement was under "lushgood". They charged my bank $100 plus a separate fee of $1.

To date (05/16/2020), I have not received my product. I emailed TheGeekMask.com several times asking for my product, I was informed repeatedly that I need to wait patiently. They said to keep checking my USPS tracking number: *********************, which has not changed its status/update since 04/15/2020. Based on the tracking number, the package has been in Brooklyn, NY since 4:06pm, 04/15/2020. I went to the USPS main office in Rockville, MD and I was informed that there was no update on the package. USPS has never received the package.

I wanted to ask thegeekmask.com for refund, but when I went to their website the "refund policy" was updated informing the public that they provide refund on full price items ONLY. The company, thegeekmask.com (DBA Remark Green on facebook) has no physical address and no phone number.

Thegeekmask.com (DBA Remark Green on facebook) have taken $101 from me during my financial hardship, along with our nation's financial downfall. They have NO PRODUCT to deliver.

I have suffered immensely with my experience with thegeekmask.com. The physical, mental and emotional torment of my ordeal were extensive. The company has used the pandemic to take advantage of the public. Evidently, thegeekmask.com (DBA Remark Greek on facebook) has intentionally robbed innocent people, like myself, financially during the time of our nation's financial downfall.

On behalf of the hundreds of Americans that were scammed by TheGeekMask.com and Remark Green during this pandemic, I am humbly requesting the highest authorities to disable and banned the websites for TheGeekMask.com and Remark Green online and prosecute the individuals involved, please.
