Ordered April 27th... Received Today June 17th. Received the fake email updates showing Americans in a warehouse creating masks but then my order shipped from China. THAT is why the orders take so long. The product appears to be legit, including the PM2.5 filters I ordered. The mask fabric appears to be a jersey material, was expecting cotton. Have yet to use it so I can't speak to that.
I am still waiting on the merchandise I ordered. I am glad I used PayPal. Filed a claim and waiting on the refund. They continue to email that the merchandise I has shipped and sent a tracking number. They are a Scam and if not a Scam. They must sent the merchandise by the pony express and they went out of business ages ago. If I could give them a negative 5 stars I would
Frustrated
Ordered mask the beginning of April. Received email from the late April that my mask was completed and shipping. Still never got mask. In June i filed a complaint on them with PayPal and then they sent my a shipping tracking number it does not work.
After waiting months, my MSU facemasks arrived. They are child sized and the fabric print is brownish instead of green. Money would be better used giving it to the food bank. Very poor quality. Not US made
I ordered 4 mask, all of them got here in 3 months. These are probably the best mask i own, they are made of scuba material with very good filters. They sent me an email when they were made and sent me the shipping information when they shipped. They also told me that because of covid the mail was really slow, which is exactly what happened. Of all the mask i own i am more confident with these mask because of the filtration process. I live in ofallon, illinois and you need a good mask here. Very satisfied with these mask, they just took along time to get here.
I ordered masks April 25th, didn't receive them until June 16th. I will NEVER order from here again.

Ordered masks on 4/24 and still haven't received my order nearly 2 months later. I have emailed to complain and ask what the problem is and all they send is a canned response offering a discount on a future order. There is no way I would ever order from them again, their discounts are useless. I wish they would just give a refund, but I'm sure that won't happen.
I placed an order with them in early March 2020 after about a month when Had not shipped I called them and message them. The answer I got from them was that the product was on the way. A month later it still had not come and I asked them to cancel it and they would not cancel my order I took another month before the order finally arrived and it was junk do not buy for them from this company not worth it save your money add a photo I put them away

I ordered masks and filters from this company late March. It is now mid June and nothing. Emails sent but most ignored. The few they answered were full of excuses and offered me a 5% refund. Answers stopped coming when I demanded a full refund. Further research has shown this company is a scam.

I ordered this mask back in May. I finally received it. I didn't realize until I got my traking number that it was coming from China. Withe pandemic and relations with China, I knew it would be a while. It's pretty good breathable with outlets you can close. Bo leaking. Plus it has the carbon filter. I irdered an extra.
I ordered two masks it took a month to get the first one. The second one hasn't come. I told them after the first mask that I didn't want the second mask and they refused to handle the situation. They lied to me and told me that the second mask was already on the way so they couldn't cancel it. Then they said they'd give me a tracking number and yet I've never received a tracking number. Now they've just stopped all communication and I still haven't received my second mask my tracking number or a refund.
Placed an order for face masks in April. Haven't got anything from them and can no longer get thru to them. Stay away from their web site and anything they put on the internet. They take your money and run,!
Ordered in April. Tracking number never updates. Says created and that's it. Beyond frustrated at this point... I asked for a refund only to have them say 10% which is like $3.
I ordered 132.00 worth of mask in February. It's June now and I received 2 cloth mask that look like baby diapers. I never received any of my merchandise. Scammers!
