I ordered a Postal Personalize Mask I finally received it and it is very nice didn't think I would receive it since I ordered it in April I kept getting that same e-mail too I reported them and threaten to file a claim finally they sent me a tracking number and I received it a week ago really nice I hope everyone that has issues that you will get your order or your refund
They create a shipping label and never send your package and then refused to refund you so now I'm Fallin fraud with my credit card

I ordered a mask right when the pandemic started as I was a healthcare worker. That's been months ago. They sent me a false tracking number after sending them several emails. I haven't yet received my order.
I ordered two masks in the middle of March. They finally came in the first week of June. It took way to long and I hate that they came from China when the website had a New Mexico address. I have to admit, they are really nice masks though.

I ordered these masks from a Facebook ad at the end of April when our shut down, "Safer at home order", was extended and assuming we'd be wearing masks when we reopened. I ordered some with a hair stylist theme. I too got lots of emails with the progress of the mask production, and then an email saying they were complete... then nothing! I was patient at first, then read lots of reviews saying this company was a scam, I thought, "yes, I've been scammed", BUT, I kept going back to the fact that I had added some fabric masks at the end of my order... and those came very fast. I did email the company twice and would get an automated response immediately then an actual respond a few days later... long story short... I just got my 3 hairstylist masks and the filters I ordered. I like them very much! I've been struggling to find something comfortable and that doesn't fog my glasses... I've tried them on and they may be exactly what I've needed! I am excited to try these masks at work tomorrow!
I completely thought I'd been scammed... but it took 7 1/2 weeks for my order to arrive! Be patient... we have gotten accustomed to speedy deliveries!
I ordered 10 masks and 20 filters and spent around $80 at the beginning of April. They sent multiple emails showing my masks were in production and when they said they were ready to send the communications stopped. I emailed them 2 weeks after they said they were ready to be shipped and 2 days after emailing them they finally responded saying they were sent to the distribution center... what ever that means. It's been 2 more weeks and I sent several emails asking for my money back or the masks I ordered and they haven't responded. I would not recommend anyone to Spend their hard earned money with this company for it seems they are scamming people.
I waited three months and after multiple emails (on my end) one of my three ordered masks showed up. I was shocked to see how well I couid breathe through it. Unfortunately it was designed not for a human being because there is no way to wear it without it falling off. It's so uncomfortable and I have to clip it into my hair. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The straps are so short they don't even fit my young son.
So I places an order for 7 masks on 04/28- I had received order confirmation emails from them... and a few "Keeping you update on the process" ones. I knew because of the pandemic and such high demand shipping was going to be delayed. But figured since we will probably need these long term - i would wait. I finally received my package on 06/08. But 2 of the masks were not in there. I figure because they are personalized they will come in a separate pkg. The masks were well made however a bit on the small size for my husband. He says the nose clip really hurts his nose because of how tight he has it on- barely fitting his head. It does seam to be a good fit for the kids though( ages 10-12). I will give it another week or so and inquire about the 2 missing ones. I have to add I am disappointed in learning this came from China -since I purposely didn't buy from other sites because of that. I wanted to support US companies. I thought since this was US based it would be coming from here. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS SITE BASED UPON ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS- WISH I HAD SEEN THAT BEFORE.
Ordered my 3 mask 3 months ago and STILL have not received them. All I I get is " they are coming and here's 20% off your next order. Like I would EVER order from them again. Ask for a refund and nothing. Beware do not order from them.
During this pandemic, everyone was going through rough times. I ordered a mask to send to my daughter who is away in the military and this fake $#*! scam of a business stole my money and never mailed the mask. It's been 2 months now and all I get from them is some dumb email saying all they can do is give me 20%. WTH am I going to do with $11 refund? I'm almost certain refunding 20% is a lie also. I wish there was an attorney or someone out there who could offer advice. I work hard for every single dime that comes into my household. My daughter was anxiously awaiting her new mask. This company is a fraud and I will not stop saying until they are shut down. Don't be like me and not take the reviews serious. I should have listened. FRAUD!
I finally after a month and a half received my mask! I ordered 4 and received one. The other 3 are on the way. I love my mask. It's sleek and breathable. It fits over my nose well and I love the velcro. Love it. It took forever to come after several emails that was not so pleasant from me to the company. I am happy and love wearing the mask.
I ordered 3 masks on 4/5 and here it is 6/9 and yet i have not received anything. I have been emailing with the same response that i see everyone else got. Then they are going to send me a code for 20% off my next order. No what makes you think that i am going to be dumb enough to order when i am still waiting for the first order. Also the company on my CC statement is LUSHGOOD HK. Another SCAM from what i was reading. They say they are located in the US but they lie. I will be reporting to US Postal and BBB. Facebook is letting this happen.

I ordered three masks at $25/each in March 2020. It is June 8 and I finally received one last week - the other two I have received no real tracking information. No response when I request a refund and to stop shipment on the other two masks. The quality of the mask I did receive is not what was expected. Do not order from them! Anyone know how to get all or some of my money back?

I emailed the company again with no response and again, and again, I still have not recived my order. This company has no number all communication is through email.

This went on for a month then they finally sent me a email saying it was completed and ready for shipping but a couple weeks later they said shipping was held up. Answer: Still waiting for PayPal to review my case. It is a real hassle to get help from PayPal. All that company had to do was provide tracking that they shipped the order, but the recipient has to file a criminal report with state or local authorities for PayPal to consider your case. In all honesty PayPal is a bit of a scam as well. They do not protect the consumer.
