I previously left a review stating this company is a scam. Ordered one mask and 3 filters. I received the filters but no mask. Filters are useless without the mask. I ordered in March and it is now the end of October and still no mask.
In April of this year I purchased 9 masks costing over $200.00. After about 2 months I received 1 mask then 2 masks then another single mask. I am still missing 5. Everytime a mask came in I sent an email where are the other masks that I paid for? Eventually someone asked for pictures of the packaging. My packages came many months apart so how or even why would I have pictures of my packages? I ended up sending them the screenshots of my order but that was not good enough for them. In the email of the screenshots I also listed what I had and had not received. They should keep better tabs of the products they send out. I emailed them every single time a package came in. I have all of my many email correspondences. They will not give me my money back. This business has no idea as to how to conduct business. This business has scammed so many people during a time in which people really need their product.
I ordered 4 masks in March. I got one, then 2 and still have not received the first one I ordered. I was told 2 months ago I was going to get a refund for that one and still have not got it. In one of the emails regarding my refund, they didn't even call me by my name. This company and their customer service suck! One of the biggest scams ever!
If there was an option for negative stars I would give that. Ordered a mask in April and still have not gotten it. It is now October. Just got an email response stating I will have to pay another $7.50 to get what I have already paid for.
I ordered well over a $140 worth of masks from this company! It took nearly 4 months to receive one of my orders and when I inquired as to my original order they just retorted that I had received it and that it was my duty to track it down. I told them that I would report them to the BBB and blast their business on the Internet. That they should be ashamed of taking advantage of innocent impressionable and scared people shame! I never received a response back nor did I get a refund!
DO NOT order from this company! I have been corresponding with them since April 23rd & I HAVE GOTTEN NOTHING BUT THE RUN AROUND!

My mask never arrived and after a dozen of emails requesting a refund, all I can do is to warn others to stay away. Jennie Wilson from the company keeps sending me the same response but no refund actually has been processed.
I ordered a set of 3 masks with replaceable filters from an Instagram ad (big mistake). I took screen shots of all info quoted for the offer. Starting getting all the bogus e-mail updates about progress of the order. 5-10 day shipping became 30 days. Finally got a note that part of my order had shipped. 2 months later it arrived and I followed up with Remark Green for the balance of the order. Ing with PayPal for a refund. When I ordered my masks the Remark Green site was full of masks. Now the site is offering promotional products. Guess they are waiting for the next big trend they can scam.
I ordered 2 masks in April and I still have yet to receive them. I've emailed customer service and they continue to tell met their PayPal is down and they are unable to refund at this time.

I placed an order for a facemask and filters with Remark Green on 4/16/20 at which time there were allegedly on backorder. On June 1st, 2020 I received an email that my shipment was on it's way after almost 2 months of waiting. However, the shipment updates from that point on pretty much ceased. The last shipping update I received was on June 24th claiming that my order was heading toward my destination. After that all shipping updates ceased. I began emailing Remark Green requesting for shipping updates and received automated responses regarding my order giving me the link to track my shipping (which I already had) and from there apologizing for the delay. The emails began on June 29th. I have requested a full refund multiple times at this point and have been met with the same response multiple times offering me a 5% refund. This is unacceptable since it has now been 4 months almost to the date since I placed my order. I have asked to speak with supervisors and have not received a response multiple times now. I simply want my money back at this point since it appears I will not be getting my order and they are not trying to refund me for my order, which still has not arrived. I am very dissatisfied with this company.
This company is a fraud. I ordered a personalized mask for my aunt who is a nurse in April 2020. I have been emailing back and forth with them since then. They do respond, but are just giving me the run around and refuse to give me a refund! It has been 4 months, and they are still telling me it's due to covid. They don't deserve the one star!
Took from April 19th until arrival on Jun 12th. Remakegreen Emails stated shipping slow due to COVID -19. Upon arrival, very satisfied with product and many requests for this custom face mask
We ordered $143 worth of masks from Remarck in April but never received a shipping notice until May 25. The last notice of any tracking at all was May 30 and It's now August 7th and we have received nothing. There has been no activity on the tracker for nearly 10 weeks. Every demand for a refund is met with avoidance offering me a 5% or 10% discount as if a discounted price on a product I will never receive is somehow a deal.
After MUCH communication with this company, I insisted they give me a refund. Then they sent me what I thought was a bogus reason they couldn't refund me. They said my masks had already been shipped. It took 4 months for me to receive my masks. They're exactly what I ordered. They fit great and have replaceable filters with each. I'm pleased with the product but the wait time was ridiculous! I felt like I was being scammed because the company's communication was shady. They kept offering me discounts when I asked for a full refund. A few weeks after I filed a claim with the BBB my masks arrived. I'd given up and thought all was lost. So in short, if you need it in a hurry don't buy from Remark Green. It takes so long because it ships from overseas.(Would've been nice to know that BEFORE placing my order).
Said it had been sent to be mailed out. It hadn't even been made yet. And I got 1 mask when I paid for 2. I don't except to see the other one.
I finally received my masks after months and months of calling, emailing, waiting and more waiting. Would highly recommend you look elsewhere.
In April, I ordered a set of three masks. Finally in June I received 1 mask. I have been going back and forth with these people. I finally gave up and realized that this will never be resolved. Will NEVER recommend or order from this company ever again.

It took over 3 MONTHS to get the masks. I emailed and emailed them. All I got was some tracking number saying masks were in New York waiting to be shipped to my state! (That was a whole month wait time, and after the initial 2 month wait time)
Luckily for me I documented everything with my Bank. (I used my Bank debit card to purchase). My bank reimbursed my money. I sent screenshots of every email to and from them. I included date ordered and a follow up where they even replied that I had not received masks THREE WHOLE MOTHS LATER!
My Bank was GREAT!
1)Moral of the story... DON'T USE PAY-PAL.
2) KEEP ALL COMMUNICATION SO IT CAN BE FORWARDED TO YOUR BANK.
3) FILL OUT ALL PAPERWORK YOUR BANK SENDS YOU AND RETURN IT TO THEM (for your dispute claim)

I ordered face masks in April, was suppose to take a couple of weeks to receive. After 6 emails to the company and a dispute made through pay pal, I received the face masks 3 1/2 months later. The product is flimsy and not even close to the description of the quality of these masks. Save your money, do not buy their products. Came on a slow boat from China. Go to a local medical supply store and buy masks, much better quality. I should of known better!

Answer: Still waiting for PayPal to review my case. It is a real hassle to get help from PayPal. All that company had to do was provide tracking that they shipped the order, but the recipient has to file a criminal report with state or local authorities for PayPal to consider your case. In all honesty PayPal is a bit of a scam as well. They do not protect the consumer.
