I ordered a mask in April and never received it. Neither did they send a refund for my order. The support team were not of any assistance either and I could not get anyone on the phone to escalate so I was basically scammed out of money with no product in return. Do not buy anything from them!

I ordered on April 6,2020. Received 1 of 6 masks ordered in June. Then three more the following month. I am still lacking two masks! I demanded a refund and they said they have technical difficulties with PayPal! What a joke! Do not trust or do business with them! Only 1 star only because one is at least required to post! Ugh not even worth one!
This is not a scam, it just takes a long time to get. We finally got ours and love them. I have osteoarthritis and they are easier than any other mask. I've washed them and they come out great. The wait for them is worth it. I got extra filters also.
I initially wrote a review that the company didn't appear real because of two face mask I ordered in april, customer service was slow when following up so it seemed like a fake company as well as my account being charged a different name than remark. BUT finally the masks came in the mail a few days ago middle of July. So the company is legit just slow as ever and not much reassuring from customer service.
I placed an order in April and to this date I have not received the items. I have sent multiple emails requesting a refund and I keep getting a run around about how covid has affected the shipping. I am now currently waiting for the contact information for the CEO but I just keep getting bogus shipping information.
Just like everyone else that was scammed I ordered 3 mask received 6 emails poor grammar standard emails that they had been shipped the BBB is aware of this company and referred me to the FTC. They said, it has not been shipped due to Trump blocking all imports from China.

I ordered 2 masks and several filters mid-April, with an advertised 10-14 day estimate. After a week I got 2 shipping notifications, each containing different portions of my order (first was masks, second was filters) but both had the same tracking number. This package sat in a "Departed Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item" status in New York for the next 5 weeks with no updates, after which point it jumped to California; it delivered in a few days from this in early June. However, the package contained only 1 mask and the filters (contents not matching either shipping email). I also received a notice from the USPS that I had a package coming from some other company I've never heard of (originally Yanwen, now showing Pitney Bowes), which also sat in the same status in New York before it finally arrived at a real post office (this time in Indiana) for delivery; this contained the missing mask (again contents didn't match any shipping notification from the company). I also experienced the automated ("fake") email reply from their customer service, but never any real reply. The masks themselves are decent though.
While I did finally receive my complete purchase (almost exactly 2 months later) and am reasonably satisfied with the quality of the product (could be better, could be worse), the overall customer experience was just bad.
I ordered a mask BEFORE there were COVID19 cases reported in the U.S. I got my mask yesterday. The quality is AWFUL! Also, I emailed them so many times and whenever I requested a refund there was no response. If I asked a question, they responded immediately with excuses. I did however manage to get a 25% refund from them for my trouble. Please do not order from these scammers.
Placed an order months ago and never received the product. The costumer service only respond is that the project has been delivered to the shipping agent. Most be a very slow boat from China. I tried to cancel the order and they will not response.

Took over 3 months for my order to arrive and when it arrived there was only 1 of the 3 masks ordered. This mask was shipped from New Jersey. Took another month for the remainder of my order to arrive and it had shipped from China. Big rip off! Refused to overnight my order and refused to cancel. Run far far away!
I finally received my masks today after a wait of over 3 months - opened them and you guessed it - they were the wrong team!
I ordered 8 masks in early February. I requested tracking number multiple times, yet never received one. I requested updates on my order several times to be given short canned responses. 6 MONTHS later, I have received 1 single mask of the 8 ordered. The valves in the mask popped out while opening the package. Below you can see a picture of the mask. You will see that the attention to detail is horrible, as the fabric is stitched incorrectly and the design is haphazardly placed together crooked. This isn't acceptable craftsmanship. I could purchase better at the Dollar Store and not have paid over $30/mask! This is a scam of a business. I have followed the companies posted refund request instructions only to be told to wait to hear back from someone. I will not hold my breath. This company takes advantage of people by promising products of quality and NOT delivering, rather stealing consumers money.
Spent $138 for masks back in April. Have not received our masks. Have received several emails saying they were in the way. Contacted them by email and they offered us 20% back... but can't give an explanation to where our masks are.

Worst business I have ever encountered. Promised partial refunds, never got. Asked for a # to talk with someone multiple times, never would give. Asked for refunds over and over, refused. Never have got masks. Everything about this company sucks! Worst part... they do not care. ZERO stars
I wish I could give negative stars! I made a purchase of masks in April 2020, it had to be 3 of 1 material. They took the money right away and sent me emails for the first couple weeks updating me on the status of the masks. Then suddenly nothing, no emails, no notification of a tracking #, no masks received in the mail. End of May I contacted them about the status of my order via email. About a week later I got an email with a tracking #. When I checked it, it was coming from China. I had thought Inwas ordering from the US. Finally 2 months after after my order, I received my masks. They were too small and I received 2 of the material I requested and 2 of a material I did not. Oh and the shipping label had another label over the original saying it came from New York. I contacted them immeadiately. They only respond at 2 in the morning and not very quickly. After several back and forth emails, they offered me a 20% refund, refused 100% refund. First said it was for the missing mask, then said it was the size, now say it's for the missing mask. I will see how long it takes to receive the measly 20% refund. Oh the one good thing I can say is, I got filters with the the purchase, so I can use them with my other mask that actually fit and provide the proper coverage! I DO NOT recommend doing business with this company.
I would like to take the an write this review. I purchased 4 mask from remark green. Yes it was a challenge at first it seem as if they were giving mi run around. It took 2 months to get trackin number. And another 2 months for mi to receive mi purchases. So the site is definitely legit. And lastly all 4 of the mask I purchased were identical wat I order...
Order over 80 dollars in merchandise over four months ago. Recieved 3 inaccurate Shipping confirmation number. Pending dispute with PayPal. Don't order from the., not worth the trouble.
I was skeptical about ordering but decided to take a chance on a personalized fraternity mask. It did take nearly 2 months for the mask to arrive. I was pleased with the mask which came with an extra filter. However, after a couple days of use I noticed the thread started to unravel.

Answer: Still waiting for PayPal to review my case. It is a real hassle to get help from PayPal. All that company had to do was provide tracking that they shipped the order, but the recipient has to file a criminal report with state or local authorities for PayPal to consider your case. In all honesty PayPal is a bit of a scam as well. They do not protect the consumer.
