BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY
I booked a US domestic flight through this service, booking ID *******, and had to cancel my flight due to an emergency change of plans.
I attempted to cancel my flight, to which i am entitled to a full refund if done within 24 hours of booking, as described by the US Department of Transportation. They have refused to issue me a refund.
IF YOU ARE BOOKING DOMESTICALLY WITHIN THE UNITED STATES, BEWARE OF REHLAT.

This is a completely useless service. I booked a return ticket and after taking all my information, including credit card info, the website did not return any response. A blank screen appeared. Since there is no customer service (a chatbot tried to fix my computer screen issue when I contacted), I have no idea whether my ticket was booked or not.

I cancelled my ticket on 03 March Beirut-Riyadh-Beirut. More than one month calling them and they repeat the same reply, "We received the refunded money from MEA airlines and we sent an email to the finance and head office. They will call you within 24 hours and deposit the money in you account". Unfortunately, they never called me, or returned the money, but only lie at the customers. Please don't deal with Rehlat. I tried to reserve a hotel through Rehlat and was immediately sent an email stating that my booking had failed, but they had received my payment.
The email also stated they would try and rebook the hotel within 30 minutes. After the 30 minutes I tried to confirm my reservation with the hotel and there was none and they were actually already fully booked so there was no chance of staying there the indicated night.
I wrote back immediately to their "help" email to refund my money or I would ask my bank to do a charge back. This opened up a ticket request that no one has replied to and a bunch of contact numbers to countries in the Middle East.
I'll give them a day make it right, but based on other reviews I shouldn't hold my breath for this "help" chat to respond. I've already contacted my bank to begin the chargeback process.
I called to refund this mistake from the application, and the customer service was so rude to me! I arrived in Bahrain without a hotel and without a refund my hotel is still booked in Argentina, the customer service rep told me I can go to that hotel! RBH******* refund my booking
Recently, I had a terrible experience with Rehalat that left me feeling defrauded and frustrated. I had booked a flight with them, and after completing the transaction, I received a notification that I had been overcharged. I immediately contacted their customer service, but to my dismay, I did not receive any response. This prompted me to send several follow-up emails and make numerous phone calls, but still, no response.
After several attempts, I finally received a response from their customer service team, but it was not what I had expected. They informed me that they would deduct a percentage of my payment as a processing fee if I wanted a refund for the overcharge. This was unacceptable to me, and I felt that I was being extorted.
Frustrated and feeling cheated, I decided to take matters into my own hands and reached out to Skyscanner customer service
To my surprise, Skyscanner's customer service team responded promptly and assured me that they would investigate the matter. They contacted the flight booking company on my behalf and were able to resolve the issue. I eventually promised to receive a full refund after almost a month
My experience with this Rehalat was unpleasant, to say the least. The overcharging and lack of responsiveness from their customer service team left me feeling angry and frustrated
In conclusion, when it comes to choosing a flight booking company, it is essential to do your research and read reviews from other customers. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Rehalat to anyone.
Don't buy with this page. When you make a reservation they take your money in seconds, at the end of the reservation the page say that a problem happen and they don't do the reservation, latter they ask you for more money to finish the reservation or cancel, and when you cancel they say the refund gonna take more than 4 weeks...PLEASE NEVER USE THIS SERVICE!
Update: More than a month has passed and they are still not able to make the refund of money, I insist again, DO NOT USE THIS PAGE they are scammers.

I done my Reservation included seaplane transfer. But the resort tells me, that my Reservation is without seaplane transfer. On my hotel voucher and confirmation from rehlat.com is the reservation included seaplane transfer. I am writing and calling every day but nobody can solve the problem. The resort wants 970$ for the transfer.

More than 8 months am still following up with this scam company, highly NOT RECOMENDED and always same answer (escalation)!
I booked one night in Dubai on the 11th of March, I arrived at the hotel and did not find my booking. I called Rehlat and they asked me to wait in the lobby till they fix the situation. That was at 7 p.m.; I kept calling them every half an hour, and they asked me to wait in the lobby of the hotel. At 12 o'clock midnight, they called and said they cannot help me. Imagine a lady alone at midnight who has to carry my luggage and go and look for a free room in a foreign country. They promised to refund me in one week; it has been over a month, and they have not.

Cancellation of the ticket on 19/01/2023 and then chasing Rehlat yielded no results for my refund hence I wrote to local authorities and received their support so Rehlat finally issued the refund and it got credited on 11/04/2023. I am thankful for my local authority.
I booked an air ticket on 18/01, flight was for 19/01 evening, till afternoon of 19/01 i did not received my ticket and hence had no option but to cancel the booking and wait for refund, since then chasing Rehlat regularly but they are the worst company and feel cheated by them as their customer service just tells over the phone that they are sending email to the finance team and manager, no action from this company, I have also reported about them to authorities, lets see when i receive my refund back.
