REHLAT is not an honest travel agency for hotel booking, I paid 1210€ for 1 week in Shangri La in Sri Lanka but when they had my money, they did not place any reservation to the hotel, I saw many bad experiences with REHLAT.COM for refund, I don't know if I will cancel or not my reservation, but I am not sure to get the money back and be refunded, even if it is clearly write that my reservation is refundable.

After deducting the money online, they are saying it takes 24 hours to get the booking confirmation, and make you wait, their response is horrible
I had booked 5 tickets having reference PNR no. ******* (reference No. *******) for myself & my family members on 02-12-2022 From Cairo to Riyadh in Flynas airlines for a travel of 03-02-2022. Paid the full money in advance Total Fare 8616.93 saudi riyals, later i got a mail saying that the fare changed and i have to pay 1700 riyals to confirm the booking, i paid it. And after some time i got another mail saying sorry again the fare change and i need to pay 1500 riyals or i can cancel the booking. I asked for cancelling the booking and asked for refund. I keep calling the help center and mailing them but till now did not receive my refund. Its now 4 months

Awaiting Refund… Fraudulent Company
I am awaiting my refund for bookings that i cancelled.
I made a hotel reservation with Rehlat, and contacted the hotel i had the reservations with. The hotel told me they had NO reservations in my name even though Rehlat had confirmed this via email!
I immediately cancelled the booking with Rehlat as i suspected malpractice and booked with the hotel directly.
Rehlat confirmed my booking had been successfully cancelled and the refund amount due.
I contacted Rehlat to query about my refund, but i get the generic response claiming they have created a ticket for my request. On one occasion, the ticket was closed without any response or reasons provided.
I now have no option but to escalate this and contact my credit card provider to get my money back.

It's been 2 months now, and I still haven't received my refund. They said 20 working days. I filled out and submitted the refund form, but still nothing. This looks like a scam website. I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone.
I booked an air ticket on 26th of Dec and didn't get confirmation till next day, rehalat represensitive asked me to cancel the ticket as the fare increased and i ll get full refund for the ticket, Till now i am keep on calling, Mailing and messaging on Facebook but no respond or hope to refund my money back.this is the worst expierence ever from the time i start travling, no action from this company. I wished i checked reviews before i booked a ticket with Rehlat. Even after they gave me confirmation of the ticket,(cost me SAR1205.10) They didn't issue the ticket and later asked to change date with additional amount. I asked for a refund, and they gonna charge me SAR200. Even though they made a mistake, i agreed. They promised to refund the balance SAR1000 after deducting their said charges within 50-60 long days. They were just lying. It's been 5 months already, and i was promised to get a refund. I made 1000 of calls n emails, Evertime i follow up on their customer service, and they answer will be - soon they will get back to me in 24 hours. Now, they don't even reply or respond to me. They took my money and wasted my time!

Recently I made a hotel booking in Rehlat.com for B and B basis. Eventhough I selected B and B option, same price was comfimed but booking type shown as room only in the confirmation email.
When I contacted Rehalt customer service they refused to change the booking as of the actual listing on the Internet. When I requested to cancel the booking they have said booking fee is non refundable, even though the listing clearly mentioned cancellation was Full refundable.

Made a booking on 22 Feb 2023. The booking failed whereas they charged me the full amount of the booking. Then they called me to charge me a price difference. I refused. Now it's been 4 weeks waiting for refund. In spite of several email communications - no conclusion. I am worried that my money has been usurped by them without providing any service. Wonder where all can a complaint be raised to solve the issue.
Please have one of your customer service contact me. I just apply for refund to one of your customer service, he suddenly change his answer and stop contacting me, saying i need to go to the hotel again to use the voucher as the hotel reject to refund the fees.
But the hotel didnt respond to any of our communication to confirm this, whether they are agree we coould use the fully-paid-but-unused-voucher again or not.
