I am very dissatisfied with your services. Today I bought accommodation in Jumeirah Emites Tower in Dubai for 1 night and I was guaranteed an amount of 113.71 EUR through your portal. I also took a screenshot from the screen. My bank charged me 124.30 EUR. I demand an immediate refund of EUR 10.59 or withdraw from the contractual relationship due to misleading information on the website. I can document everything with a screenshot. I am asking you for an immediate explanation.You didn't mention any other fees.

I had poor experience with this website, I booked flight tickets Andy's ago, they deducted the amount any I didn't receive the tickets and I have to call every day to follow up for the tickets I don't recommend it to anyone, be careful
Not even 24 Hours had passed and my booking was canceled with a pay later deposit not being refunded. This policy is not just confusing but deceitful.

The address of the hotel and the telephone number was fraudulent. I went to the address provided in the booking to find that there was only one jw marriot and that was in the business bay and there was no booking by my name. I went to the business bay hotel and was told that there was no booking in my name. I called the number given in the booking voucher and that was for jw marriot business bay. Thus it seems like a fraud where the website provides a non-existent hotel and the number of a top 5* hotel. I was on the road with my luggage and having spent 300 dhirams on taxi and the value of harassment cannot be quantified just with money. I am filing a complaint with the relevant authorities. Just look at the booking and if you are able to locate the hotel let me know.
Looks like a scam website. They add something called "convenience charge" just after you enter card details. Be careful and not recommended at all.
The hotel do not have my booking since I booked a month ago and paid for full. They recently provided me with another reference for the hotel to which there is still no booking, They have over £550 of my money. Imagine if I didn't have the sense to check the booking myself directly I would of turned up to the hotel in a foreign country with no accommodation! I need this resolving immediately as I am sick of "allowing them some time". They refuse to answer simple questions such as where is my money being held if the room is not booked?, a email address for the complaints team or to speak to a manager. I should be able to look forward to my holiday but instead I am weeks away and have no accommodation and am £569 pounds down! I do not have the money to book anywhere else! The service is the worst I have received in my life and they just don't seem to care at all. I am speaking to the Ombudsman tomorrow if this room is not booked and confirmed with Rehlat and the Hotel.

I booked a Hotel in Germany for my last summer vacation through Rehlat. On the day of the trip, I was notified by the hotel that the reservation had not been processed. The lodging fee had already been paid, but I had no choice but to spend the day outside trembling. I have not received a refund of the amount paid to this day, even 8 months after the incident. I sent an e-mail 8 times, but all I got back was a formal reply saying that I would take care of it soon. Guys, I really really beg you, please don't book anything through this company as it will steal your time and money.
They dont show you any convenience or additional fee until after you have made the payment which is hight deceptive and borderline fraud. Stay away from this company.
I am awaiting my refund since July.2022 and so far I have not received any refund. After many calls with their customer service I always get promised I will receive the refund within days but the days are becoming months and approaching one year.

I was nervous about some of the reviews but I noticed that a company representative replied to all of them, so this gave me confidence to purchase a roundtrip through their site. I used google flights to find the cheapest flight and Spirit was recommended... however, Rehlat had the cheapest listed price by at least 20 bucks so I figured I'd give it a try. The purchase was easy and after completing the purchase, the ticket showed up in my Spirit account minutes later without any issues. I spent a few extra dollars for a cheaper flight if the prices change and I've been tracking the price on google flights and so far it's only gone up, so I can't speak to that process yet but if they end up giving me a cheaper ticket I'll report back. I would definitely use them again.
Rehlat not willing to give money back as per their promise.
Followed up many times for the refund. Just only words from Rehlat. No action.

Similar to some other reviews - I had of the "pay later " bookings where you pay a small deposit and there is a clear message - "full refund if cancelled prior to".
I had to make a change to the booking, tried to chat online, send an email, call the number for Australia (it is disconnected, albeit they still advertise it on the website)... Didn't get any traction. I then checked feedback - terrible across many consumer forums. So I decided to cancel in advance
I was then notified that noting will be refunded.
So I guess I should just take this hit (should have checked the consumer feedback prior to booking).
My challenge is that I have a second booking with them and I am now fretting if I should keep it (forum are full with terror stories of failed bookings last minute) or shall I accept another hit and forfeit the deposit?
BTW - I have contacted my bank and asked to raise a case.

UPDATE (27 FEB): Refund was finally received on 26 Feb. Still, I'm quite disappointed with their way of working & I'm never going to book anything via Rehlat.
This website is a big SCAM & they are cheating their customers.
I booked a ticket from this website on 20th January 2023, but the ticket was not issued and the booking was cancelled. I was supposed to receive a refund for the amount of 1106 AED which was already debited from my credit card.
The email which they sent after cancellation mentioned that payment will be refunded within 15-20 WORKING DAYS (which I feel is unreasonably long time required to return someone's hard earned money). However, this period is already over, in fact it has been a month now & I have still not received the refund.
I'm calling them daily since last few days, but their call center has just one thing to say: 'Our team is working on it & you will receive the money within next 1 or 2 working days'. They do not have the courtesy to reply to my emails as well. They also told me that I will receive a call back from their higher management, but never received any call.
I think next option would be to go to the Police to recover my money.

Hi,
I am writing you all this review out of pure frustration. I have booked my tickets initially, Upon booking I got a confirmation email on 3rd dec 2022 confirming my flight is booked.
24 hours later, I receive an email saying that I need to pay 154 more to confirm my booking, to which I simply cancelled my booking.
Upon getting confirmation that my booking is cancelled, they refuse to give me my money back. They refuse to transfer funds and add credit to my account as well it has been almost 3 months now.
Attached are the screenshots of my experience with them. Stay safe guys. Wont recommend them ever in my life.

I made reservations online on 13 Feb for 3 night for one of hotel and today I realised there's some changes on the plan, i would like to cancel the last night, they are telling me the breakfast can't be canceled! I really dunno why till now there more than 45 days to check in date, and which hotel breakfast will cost nearly $700 for two nights! I alrdy agreed with cancellation fee of $71, this breakfast non refundable is ridiculous! They're jus cheaters! There's no other reply after this!
