I have made a booking through rehlat and my BID *******, till night i didnt receive confirmation and next day they said fare has been increased so please pay extra amount to get booking, i told them to cancel my booking and refund my money. They said okay after 4 weeks you will get but today its 4th Month and i am trying to do the followup but there is no update yet. Every time customer service said okay we will raise an issue to finance. I am fed up now to follow up. That's why never book through them. Almosafer is far best and providing greater service for online travel.
I bought a ticket through them, and paid an extra money as a flexible ticket. Later they refused to change date and time, otherwise i need to pay an extra 54 pounds... they refused cancelation or refund...
I was badly mislead by them...they simply dont care once they sold the ticket.
I strongly dont recornmend them for any business.
Never book tickets from Rehlat. They failed to issue ticket to me due to their internal issue and now 9 months they are not refunding my money after several complains and calls to call center in riyadh and emails to helpdesk. Only reply is we raised the issue with Finance.

I paid and booked for 2 rooms, when I went to check-in at the hotel. On the hotel's system there was only one room booked. Please do not book anything from Rehlat you will be disappointed and no refunds! Pure SCAM! ZERO RATING
For the sake of saving £10-£15 don't use Rehlat

Purchased an upgraded suite at a resort through this company, but the room that Rehlat booked for me at the resort was the most basic room offered. Spent hours on the phone trying to correct this before two customer service reps grew angry and hung up me. This company is bad news.

In october 30,2022 I booked a ticket from Khartoum to Riyadh, and after completing the payment process, they asked me for an additional amount (the price of the ticket increased at the time of completing the payment process). I canceled it and asked for a refund. Until this moment (90 days Pasted) I have not received anything.
Therefore, I do not advise anyone to deal with Rehlat
They took money out of my bank and did not confirm tickets. I've requested refund and they cannot guarantee when will i receive it. Cus
This company is fraud. I called the booking agent to ask them if I can cancel the room they said if I book 3 more room then I can cancel it but when I booked they jus hang off the call and can't reach them by any phone.

I booked with them a hotel in Dubai for a business trip, and when I came, hotel said that no see any any booking on my name or from this company, when I called and emailed to Rehlat customer support they all time said to to wait an hour or two or 24 and didn't get refund to me! They scammers! Still money from people and didn't shame on it! Don't use their price and they web site!they left you dead in the street in another country!( reg*******)

Rehlat are SCAMMERS or FRAUD? They are not refunding my money SINCE LAST 2 MONTHS. I booked a ticket on 16th November 2022 and i got success email but the next day they sent me an email that i have to pay 420 more for confirmation of booking from their side. I told them i already paid full amount of ticket last night but why you are asking me for more money. Then i asked them to refund my money i did not need the ticket. Since then around 2 months are going to over they did not refund my amount. Some what it feels this company is scam or doing scams with people. I sent multiple emails and they infact do not respond to my emails now. I calls many time their customer service and they told me we will contact you but they do not contact again. Now since last 2 months they are only saying we send your complaint to our accounts department and i will get my refund but they do nothing only give these false excuses

Big Cheats. When you google search your flights. Google displays to you the airlines fares. Then when you select a flight suddenly Rehlats Website appears with much cheaper fares. When we click link take you to confirmation and payment page. Like anyone who wishes to save a few bucks and assumes it to be a good deal, you decide to proceed and buy the ticket. Once you pay it will take it to (Image attached 1) a page saying booking "UNSUCESSFUL". But payments received and cards charged. You keep waiting and then you call them they say fare has changed. We will send you new fare. (Image attached 2- Email) Now asking you pay much more than what was originally quoted by the other airlines on the google page. When you ask them to cancel. They say refund in 20days. Its a scam. Big Scam. Cheats. They take your money. Force you to pay more since they believe you're stuck... Apart from their UAE helpline, none of their phones are operational... and the call center agent. Absolute disgrace. When i started questioning him, he became rude. Saying cancel the ticket... Disgusting and pathetic service.

Rehlat stole my deposit. I tried to book accommodation and it had an option to pay a small deposit now and pay the rest later. This is normal for many accommodation bookings but Rehlat said they had some special terms for being able to take a deposit from me but then THEY cancelled my accommodation booking and said they were then entitled to keep my deposit. International bank transfers don't happen quick enough so the system is designed to fail so they can keep your money. Do not go with them!
