I had booked a flight ticket with rehlat BID ******* SA between PAT to DEL and DEL to DMM. Later on this ticket has been canceled due to cancellation of a connecting flight. The ticket was canceled by Rehlat but they have not refunded the ticket amount until now. The ticket has been cancelled on 25th April 2022. It's been more than 8 months but the refund of SAR 1,196.64 has not yet been processed by rehlat. I had called and emailed a number of times but there was no response from them. How can I get this refund. Can someone help on this issue?
They will hog your money then they will not deliver the services they promise and you will keep chasing them for your money.

Refund process is very poor, Only once you complaint in Google App store and lot of other different portals, then you might get lucky that Somebody from there team will help you like Sravani in my case, helped me get the refund.

Never ever book from them. They are cheaters. The show less price later they will increase and for refund you have to wait 40days. Really I'm gonna take my issue to consumer rights. They are fraud.

Flight tickets refund for booking id ******* AE\ 29 Nov 2022\\ Air India
Hi
I booked a flight with Rehlat wide booking id ******* AE\ 29 Nov 2022\\ Air India from dubai to delhi and back. Money got deducted from my account got a confirmation from rahlat that will receive my ticket soon. I reached to airport and found that rehlat never did any booking from air india and it was not there. I called rehlat customer case and they agreed that they couldnot reserve the seat and will refund my money i.e. AED 1836.27 with in 15 working days.
I waited for 20 days and complained again and they confirmed i will get a response in 24 hours. No response again. Again complained and more 48 hours.
I feel its a scam and after reading reviews on internet i found 100s of customers with same issue but no refund.
Desired outcome: Please refund my money on actual mode of payment.

Hello everyone, we have bought actually paid for one night stay in Divan Batum suite. We didnt get any mails of reservation code or any mails at sll. We are at the hotel and they cant view our stay or reservation code as well. Don't use this app and website they dont return to you or pay your money back. We are still at the hotel expecting for the site to return to us or send our reservation code but theres nothing. Terrible servise and scam..

We made a booking with Rehlat on 4July 2020 (booking ID: ******* &) The ticket cancelled by airline due to the pandemic. We called they said will be processed within 2-3 working days and should be credited within 1-2 weeks maximum. Here we are 2 year and countless of calls after haven't received any payment yet. Every time I called they promised to speed up the process & will update the refund status within 24hours via email but there was no email received for any of the calls that were made! Rehlat management, please do something here! You cannot treat people like this, do we need to keep begging to get our own hard earned money? How many more complaints should we make before we can receive the refund as promised?

Be aware Scammers! Purchased accommodation through them, they have cancelled it, saying that hotel don't have this room available anymore, asked for more $ to rebook another room. Phoned hotel, they told me it was the agent that cancelled it. Re booked with hotel direct, asked Rehlat to refund. Ended up reporting them to my bank as fraud to get a refund, at the end they have not processed it as refund, and I lost $ on conversion as they have processed it as new transaction. Stay away from these Scammers!

This is the worst app i have ever seen. Dont book ticket through rehlat. I booked a ticket for my mother in June and i cancelled the ticket by July. Airline refunded that money to rehlat and iam following up every day since July 2022 and they says that the amount will be refunded in 24hours.but now its november2022. There is no action. Irresponsible customer service as ever. ******* is my request number. I will tell my frnds also not to book ticket from rehlat. Please book from Almosafer and cleartrip, their services are very good and the refund also immediate.Rehlat is cheating customers by stealing their refund amounts. Their customer service agents are terrible and rude. All google reviews are related to fraudulence of refund amounts. Please dont use REHLAT. I willnot recommend this app to anyone ever. Why they cant refund my amount once they recieved it from Airline even after 5months? They have already deducted airline charges, rehlat charges, cancellation charges, other charges... It's been 4 months of us waiting for our refund for a trip they cancelled on us. They said you will get the refund within 60 days of them cancelling our trip, but we never received anything. We have been calling them on a weekly basis and they keep saying someone will reach out to you, but no one did.
