I made a booking and then needed to cancel they said free cancellation, but then have a $15 "lock in" fee for them to make a reservation. Then they wont let you change or cancel your reservation online due to "an error" and force you to talk to customer service. So I did, and there were even more incompetent and obviously not able to actually do anything.
$15 may not seem like a lot, but when they take it for literally doing nothing as a 'fee' and DO NOT MAKE THAT CLEAR. You have to click on some footnote that isn't even visible. They lose nothing by canceling the reservation, yet they make confirm it multiple times and then say sorry no refund on our 'fee' that we were DECEPTIVE about. I will complain FAR more than just refunding that fee is worth because NO ONE should have to waste a second of their life thinking this is a good idea.
Please guys don't book tickets with this scammer company,
Because I booked ticket from this company traveling on (9th July 2022), I received ticket form Rahlat same traveling date and also I received same ticket from Airline with deferent date, So I contacted Rehlat to check, They informed me its they're mistake and they will send me new ticket with correct date but I waited 3/4 days and again contacted to them they informed same date sits are not available and they agreed to refund full amount AED 1286. 71 to my AC, Since 5 months Im waiting for the refund, whenever I call customer care they informing within 24hr Im getting the refund, Normally other companies are taking maximum 10/15 days to refunding, but this company don't want return customers money, That's the reason purposely they're booking deferent dates tickets with airlines. So Please guys review my attachments and Please don't book any tickets with this scammer company.

This is a complete fraud. I paid for a hotel through my credit card and had a confirmed booking. However, upon reaching the hotel, they denied me the room on the basis that Rehlat had never paid the hotel. More over, all their phone numbers were turned off. The only response you get from their instagram is to email them. A very well worked out elaborate fraud. Better stick to booking.com

Hi Friends, Please don't use this app and website they always give fake offers. Initially, they will show one amount, but finally, from our account, they will debit higher than the final amount. Even debiting the amount from account booking will not confirm. For refunding the amount also they will take their own time, it will take more than 3 months. No proper customer care service very worst service. No. 1 cheating company.

It is clear from the reviews that what happened to me has happened to others. My hotel booking was canceled by Rehlat a day before I arrived at the hotel. I only found out from the hotel reception that this is what happened. The cancelation was not communicated to me from Rehlat and no refund was offered. I tried communicating with them several times by email and phone.
I received an apology and confirmation that my refund will be processed in two weeks. Three months later no refund and no further response to my query.
I think one star is too generous, I working hard to bring this to the attention of the authorities.

They promised I would get a refund within 48 hours on a reservation they cancelled on 08/31/2022. It's been 2 months and over 40 emails following up, and they have not processed the refund. They just give the same stupid excuses. They are professional scammers. NEVER TRUST REHLAT, THEY ARE A FRAUD.

However, at payment needs to make clear what to pay. Initial started 4099 including tax then suddenly at last moment payment raised to 4990 without any indication.
Rehlat are scammers.
I reserved a hotel with them (RGL*******) a month prior my stay and received an email the day I was separting to Rome. They said it was a technical issue and asked me to pay additional cost. I did so and 10 mins later they asked for even more money saying that the prices of bookings change very quickly. I did not fall for that and requested a refund. I have been waiting for the refund for over a month. I exchange emails with them everyday, and all I am asked is to wait/ that they deal with my issue on high priority /that they cannot proceed with the refund due to payment gateway issues (What that even is?) and all other kinds of emails which make me even more furious. I will never ever use them to book a hotel. Stay away from Rehlat!

I was on a holiday in Cairo and one of the hotels ended up cancelling my booking. While searching a platform for booking hotels I found rehlat and booked my hotel through them. I am giving 5 star rating because I ended up getting a better deal that my previous cancelled hotel.

They deserve 0. Booked the ticket on June for 2 hotels. The same day i was supposed to arrive in Palermo, they sent an email at 7 am stating that flight was cancelled.
Same happened 3 days when i was supposed to arrive in Catania. NB: i rebooked in the same hotel as there was still space. So why it has been cancelled in the same day while there was still available beds? Why on the last day?
Anyway the wors part is that i am chasing them since more than 2 months and they owe me more than 1.000 Euro and they have the same automatic reply: " Dear Estimated client... we will analyze it in 48 hours. You will get the refund in 48 hours..."
I have sent a claim to the Customer protection organism because this company is scandalous how can be online

Rehlat has cancelled my hotel booking 2 days before stay, booked and paid a month ago, they sent an email that telling me that they do have a technical jssue to confirm my booking with the hotel while the reservation team in hotel told me that Rehlat sent them an email asking for cancellation which I didn't requested. After contacting Rehlat they asked me to pay extra 450 SAR if I'm still in need of hotel. 0/10 professionalism it will be my last time to book with them.

Reserved a hotel for July 30-August 3rd. Morning of July 30, received an email stating Rehlat cancelled our reservations. THE MORNING OF OUR ARRIVAL. We were told refund would be processed within 15 business days. After several follow-up emails, still haven't received our refund and continue to be "we are reviewing your concern". DO NOT EVER BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.

I reserved a hotle from rehlat and after deduct the money they sent me mail the reservation fail.
I request to refund, they send mail to me they will issue the refund in 1 - 2 days, till now after 25 days they didnt issue the refund and i call the customer service by phone, chat, email. They reply the same reply: we send the request to concerned team and waiting they reply.
After 25 days, they didnt refund my money.
