On 29th August I did a reservation and realised that was the wrong hotel so I cancelled it immediately. According to the refund policy, the refund should happen between 24h to 48h. It has been over 3 weeks and they keep saying they are processing my refund! Just a bunch of scammers and robbers.

It is the st time to book with Rehlat it was good one
But at the beginning I booked the ticket but I didn't get confirmation on it then I contacted the customer care they confirmed it. The time I need extra package I add it from the website for my Egypt Air
But it was good chance, you can recheck as the cost for the ticket as an amount then it increases after that.
I have been trying to get my money back for a canceled reservation for over 100 days. Unfortunately, to no avail. I have received more than 50 emails of the type "We wish to inform you that we are reviewing your concern with respective team and assure you that We would positively get back to you with an update addressing your concern on top priority". They don't even deserve half a star...

Never ever book a ticket with them cause in case if u want to cancel the ticket u will receive only 24 hour's wait from them that am receiving from last 2 months and if u cal they'll repeat the same thing. Already 3 months now so better we all need to take a legal action against this agency so no one will suffer for his own money. And can someone tell me how I'll rate a zero Star for them. Cause they even don't deserve a 1 star rating.

They don't refund people their money back after cancelling a flight yet they have deducted 70%of that flight ticket.Be aware they are not genuine plus they have poor customer services. Stay away from this scammers.

They cancel my reservation when I was flying to destination hotel with my baby and wife, less than 24h before the check-in date due "technical issues". The hotel confirmed that they never had any reservation at my name.
They wrote "24- 48 hrs and the amount will be credited to your account within 15-20 days in accordance with your bank policy & procedures", no such bank policy exist at my bank and it has been more than a month waiting for the refund.

It's almost 3months since, I cancelled my flight ticket yet I haven't been refunded. 2 weeks ago I was told the money has been credited to my account only to find nothing! Feeling dissatisfied and dissapointed. Why con innocent people! This is unfair! The money has not reflected in my account at all. I have checked with my bank nothing was deposited in my account

A fraud! I booked an hotel from 16th to 19th august. I received the evening for the next day (less than 24 hours before the check in) an email of cancellation of my booking, which is already paid!
In their email, they wrote that sentence: « Hence if you wish we shall check availability to reinstate the booking or else will proceed with full refund. ».
But I received this cancellation at 9 pm. Nobody work at that time… And my flight is at 6 am. So, impossible to find a solution with them. Sure that they don't do any compensation. Waiting for my refund as soon as possible!
I booked a hotel with rehlat. Deduction by Credit card within seconds but booking not confirmed. Many mails with inexisting customer Support. In my oppinion Rehlat is a criminal organization.

Arrived at hotel, and the hotel told me the reservation was cancelled.
I check my email and I had a cancellation email from rehlat sent one hour earlier. The hotel showed me the Rehlat sent then the cancellation notice the day before, but I wasn't informed until an hour before check in.
I emailed for my refund. It's been 18 days, I still havnt received it.
I suspect they wait for the charge to post on their account, then cancel resetvation for no reason considering how long it's taking to get any refund, I suspect they hope that people won't follow up and claim their money.
I booked a holiday with the Rehlat service and then cancelled the holiday.
Then I received the following:
"Dear Esteemed Guest,
Greetings from Rehlat!
Please be informed that your Hotel Booking (RGL*******), has been cancelled and so full refund will be processed with in 24- 48 hrs and the amount of 3464. 540 EUR will be credited to your account in 15-20 days in accordance with your bank policy & procedures. If you do not receive the refund, please reach out to us at earliest in order we can investigate the same for you and help you with your refund."
Rehlat said they would reimburse it as it was in the cancellation policy and they never did after 2 months. This is a scam. Never book with Rehlat this is purely stealing money.
Rehlat took an advance payment of a hotel room reservation from me. When I changed my mind and canceled my reservation, the advance payment was not returned to me, despite my repeated reminders about it. This is a misappropriation of my money! These are gangster methods!

Do not buy from Rehlat. This company is a scam.
They canceled my stay on the day of the trip saying that there was a technical issue.
They told me the refund will be sent within 10-15 business days, 15 business days passed, still no refund! Could you please send me my refund finally!

I booked my ticket from 4 months ago and they cancelled it. I didn't recieve my money until now? I called them more than 50 times and everytime they are saying we will respond soon.
I used Rehlat first time for booking my Emirates flight ticket from Dubai to Kuwait on 2nd Aug 22, the total amount displayed while making booking on Rehlat portal was AED 2939. First of all they billed me twice, secondly the total amount debited from my card was AED 3262. 290/- which was EXCESS by AED 323.29/-
I called customer care and provided them with screen shot of their portal as proof, which displayed total amount & fare break up while making the payment. Still they have not resolved the issue and neither have refunded me the excess amount.
I will never use it in future even if they provide me FREE TICKETS, neither would recommend it to anyone to save them from loosing their hard earned money.
