If I ever start a company that serves customers then I will use Rehlat as an example for how not to do operate. Seeing all these complaints and my own personal experience its safe to say this company is under very poor management. If you have avoided this company then you are very very lucky.
There customer support would promise to solve your issue in the next 48 something hours which would end up taking months and months to the point where you would give up hope -- thats when someone will wake up at Rehlat office and get on with accounts and resolve issues.

I booked a trip with the option to cancel the reservation up until the 29th of august 2022, free of charge (I've got proof of this). In their confirmation Rehlat suddenly states the booking is non-refundable, I never agreed to a non-refundable booking!
In their reaction on Trustpilot Rehlat states: "Please check your mail and refer the cancellation policy." However... The policy states you can cancel on the website and through customer service. I followed all the necessary steps on both cancellation options and still no cancellation. Referring to the policy only helps if the cancellation options actually work...
I'd be inclined to give a better review once the matter is resolved, but for now I'm sticking with one star.
I am updating my review as requested by Rehlat. Anyways I got my refund but not as committed. For delaying I requested them to pay my full ticket amount but they refunded 100 riyals less than that what they committed.
Rehlat failed to notify the schedule of proponed flight & passenger missed the flight last year. Till today I am requesting the refund. They are taking call every time but no refund till now. The Worst service.

I book a flight from cairo to sharm el sheik on 29 June 22. After I pay with my credit card they cancel the fly. Until now I do not get back my money. They need 40 working days to give the money back the say. Never book over this company. Take care!

Booked my hotel 3 months ago paid the full amount, received confirmation email that everything is fine.
Prior to 24 hours of flying to Spain, Rehlat cancel the booking. There is no refund of the money, there is no customer representative to talk to, no one replies to emails, upper management is unable to be reached, every customer representative will tell you they will get back to you in 24 hours, when you're flight is due in 5 hours. I have called the hotel, and they have said that Rehlat themselves have cancelled the booking a couple of days prior to avoid the hotel booking fee, even though they have taken the full amount of money from me 3 months ago.
You will be left on your own with no compensation if you do business with this company.
Avoid them at all costs.
I really apologize for the inconvenience caused, request you help me with your Rehlat Booking details so that I can check and resolve your issues to the best of my ability. We would like to understand your discontent with Rehlat and take corrective actions.

Very terrible and not reliable, I have been trying to get back my refund since 2 months, they keep telling me that I need to check with my bank. I do not recommend this at all. You will waste your money.

As a bonus - they ruined my holiday absolutely!
I have booked a hotel there, had some issues with payment using two credit cards but finally my payment using third one went through and received the confirmation and receipt.
Due to the bad reviews online ( I wish I have listened to it...) I have contacted the hotel directly 3 days before my arrival and the hotel confirmed my booking, at this moment this looked like legit OTA.
I have arrived to the hotel and heard from the staff that the booking was cancelled by OTA just in the morning on the same day and of course I was denied checkin and told to contact the OTA. Even called them few times but received no help, customer service is a joke there as well. Had to search for a hotel in emergency to have a place to sleep... and of course paid double price for it due to high demand in holiday season.
Explanations from Rehlat Scammers were simply ridiculous ( something that my card was black-listed by them or whatever, why they took my money then?), but months passed and I have never received a refund ( what is right now no surprise) and I have even stopped to communicate with them on this ( as their email answers always were a very similar copy paste messages) and initiated a chargeback request to Mastercard.
Don't let yourself fooled with price lower few% vs the competition as I did, if you are reading this review please forget about booking anything with these thieves!

It's been 2 years now but still not yet recieved my ticket refund. Last 6 days i recieved an email that 4 to 5 days my refund will be credited to my account ands i tried to coordinate with my bank but still not credited.
Ne carrefull scam, they refuse your reservation at the payment and they still debit the money. They promise a refund after discussion and we don't see anything coming... Still nothing from them to date (attempted reservation in mid-June). If you threaten them they don't respond to email either.

I booked the flight thru Rehlat in 2020 april. Due to Corona the flights were cancelled and the airline refunded the entire money to RTehlat. But Rehlat never gave this money back to me. After many followups they kept on telling that refund will be provided. I have spent more on phone bills than the actual cost of the ticket. Never trust this company. They will simply lure you with cheap prices but sometime they won't even book your ticket.
A company that is happy to collect money from a transaction but not to accept responsibility when things go wrong as I called their customer services 4 times during a full day to help in confirming the hotel confirmation with no response!
Sending incorrect hotel reservation number in their confirmation email that is even not recognized by the hotel itself!
I can give zero level in comparison with other online booking platforms, I already escalated a complaint against them to Dubai tourism.
