I book a hotel via this scam website and after 2 days that I already paid, they emailed me and asked me to send them my passport photo. I didn't and called the hotel they said they can't accept that reservation. It's more than a month that I requested the refund and they still "investigating".

This flight cancel by the airlines. I am called you rehlat and inform the flights cancel give me the refund and change the date. They are said no have other flights you are proceed the refund amount. I am agree but rehlat. Team give me time with in 55days to 60 days you get the refund. After 60 days I am get the email from rehlat.

THIS IS NOT A COMPANY but a SCAM. I don't understand how they still manage to hold the license and operate. Took our money for eventually fake tickets- arrived at the airport and at the check-in counter found out there is no booking under our name (with our ticket confirmation on hand) and now we are at 2 months time with 38 emails back and forth and nothing was solved, no refund. https://www.skyscanner.ae/ Please stop using the services of this company and ruin your reputation. Tickets were for 30 April 2022 - today is 16 June 2022 - no actions taken, the most unprofessional customer service which actually hanged up the phone on me.

We booked two tickets in Ethihad with rehlat and due covid closure we are not able to use that tickets. For the last one year we contacted the custmer care for rescheduling our tickets and they are willing to change after normal flight to india starts. For the past few months we contacted them regularly to reschedule and they are telling lies that they cant open the tickets so contacted ethihad team like that. We contacted the airline and they are happy to inform that your agency can change and have no problem and they give us a new id to reschedule the tickets. For the past one month the rehlat team cheated by saying another lie that no seats available on your selected date please change. When we give another date after one week they told no seat availabe blah blah. We are telling that we ready to travel any date. We again contacted the airline they said we can change the covid related tickets till june 14. This also we informed rehlat. Now they said another lie that the tickets has expired. Worst service ever..

I booked a flight on 21st of February 2022 and after the payment proceeded, they called to reschedule that flight as it was fully booked, I asked for a refund. Until today it's been almost 4 months and I did not receive my payment. I have sent lots of emails and I called many times and they just gave excuses and false promises. The experience was very bad, they are unprofessional and I really don't recommend this site for anyone.

My booking ID is *******. I booked a rounded ticket. With 1 stop each. After 1 week they sent me an email telling me that there was no places and they gave me an alternative flight which was not suitable with the first flight. So i would reach my first stop after one day of my second one: s. That much was bad. Then they deducted money because i asked them to cancel it since its impossible to do it. After sending me an email i will get my refund after 20 to 30 days. After waiting 2 months still i didnt get my refund even though i am calling you everyday. And every day they tell me to wait 24 hours for my refund. Verrry bad service and super liars

REFUND & ADMIN FEE SCAM Booking ID: *******
COK-DXB flight scheduled on April 2020, due to pandemic the flight was cancelled from airline end and still i am waiting for refund.
As flight was cancelled from airlines end, full refund was issued to rehlat, now rehlat is charging me aed 200 for admin charges for no reason, they havent given a proper support also, ticket value is just 378 and they are charging 200 admin charges... Now regarding the refund, rehlat is saying they will give as rehlat points as refund in bank account will take time. Its already 2 years and 2months, how much more time u guys want!, also AED 200 for admin charges for aed 378 ticket is really too much. I never recommend rehlat to anyone for booking tickets.
Maximum 10dhs discount we might get in rehlat, but it will create a 200dhs loss in the end!

I had an amazing with rehlat as i booked pullman zamzam madinah hotel and got free upgrade And their contact center was very helpful and acknowledged my request fast so it was a nice experience
Two Years i havent received my refund. And they are still telling me to bear with them! 2000 dhs is not a small amount. I want my money back
