Fail to get refund

Have a hotel booking via Rehlat and paid CAD520.227, Rehlat can't book the hotel for me but don't refund, called the Canada office hotline *******925 everyday but nobody picks up, sent email to request for refund and they keep telling me the refund is in high priority but without any actions.

This is not a customer service, this is service for stealing. They received my payment for hotel reservation and send a message that they had received my money immediately, but booking was failed. After that they informed me that my booking is not confirm. They asked me to pay extra EUR 200. It is nonsense. I have sent e mail that I want to return my money. They confirmed that all my payment will be refunded, but after 2 months they did not refund. I sent a lot of mails and they always send generic mails with apologies.
I do not want your apologies, I want my money.
If you want same troubles, please use this service for stealing.

I cancelled my booking nearly over a month ago was advised I would receive a refund in 10-15 business days and I still do not have my money back. I need this resolved as soon as possible as I am relying on this money!

It's really sad the situation that I'm going through with Rehlat. I'm reaching them every 10 days, being calm and relaxed but they work on the issues that costumers report them.

On the 15th of April I booked 2 nights for 2 persons in an hotel in Bordeaux, which was not confirmed. They didn't told me why and after I send an email they just told me I was requested to pay more because that price was no longer available. I refused to pay more and said to cancel and refund me (even if I could complete the reservation successfully it was fully refundable, allegedly!).

After several emails where they tell me that are going to share with their financial department and request priority, there's no refund at all. I just reached the bank and even they are trying to contact Rehlat with no feedback at all!

This is not a trustable website, and their employees are not trustable as well, once they process you things that don't know!

Cancelation policy

As I just experienced a ruthless treatment by this company. They lie about the cancellation policy. They cheated me with 50% charge of my entire trip reservation for canceling. I will pursue a fraud investigation against rehlat with my bank. Do not trust them with free cancelations is my advice and better yet use booking.com or others to avoid being cheated.

Fraudulent agency

This company is a fraudulent agency. They charged me 120 Euros for a hotel booking but did not make the booking. After charging my credit card, I was informed the reservation was not made as the price had increased and if I wanted to continue with the reservation I would have to pay 76 Euros more. It is to be noted that this is illegal as the contract was formed as soon as I paid the price offered and my credit card was charged. However, they took the payment but refused the reservation. I have followed 15 times in the last 3 weeks to demand my payment return but they do not even respond to my emails. I shall be taking this to the e-commerce customer regulator as an aggriveed customer and lawyer.

Booking failed

I found them by google, they offered the lowest price for a room in a hotel in Italy, I booked, they took my money immediately, and then "something went wrong" and the confirmation of the booking never arrived. I wrote to their customer service, and they ask me more money to confirm the room because the price was increased, I said that the "new price" exceed my budget and that I prefer a refund. No answer since that.

Quoting low ticket amount on website while booking after the money transferred to they're account, sending mail asking more money for the same. So i refused to book and requested to cancel the booking. But now its been 35 days still no refund. Worst customer care having zero knowledge and inadequate information just to drag and delay the refund. I highly don't recommend Rehlat. So please aware of those fraudsters and away from them.

I book in this website 1 mos before and 3 days before my check in they called me and saying theres additional charges which pushes into my limit to cancel my reservation and asking a full refund. Refund until now is not given for almos 1/2 year now. This website is not recommendable.

On 4-28-23 this company took a large payment from me, for a room booking at Royalton New York. This week I'm finding out the hotel has no such booking. Rehlat.com is not responding to email concerns or phone calls to resolve issue. Booking says to get refund, I have to ask by 4-24-23 which was before booking was made.

Complete Fraud

They Scam you into thinking that you are paying a cheaper price. Then they keep on asking for more money to the point that it would be more expensive than other companies. They never actually make any reservations. They just take your money and do nothing. They Do Not have special deals. When you finally ask for a refund. They Do Not give you a refund unless you dispute it with your credit card company which of course could take upto 3 months. They just charge and use your money. Do Not Trust this fraudulent company. Do not be as stupid as I was.

This company has stolen money from our family. We booked multiple flights through this company and they did not actually follow through and pay for the flights. With Spirit airlines we explained the issue to customer service on the phone, they admitted fault and then later told us that Spirit confirmed we were no shows. If this is a common experience amongst people who use their service, I am willing to hire an attorney to hold them accountable.

I booked flight for my sister from dubai to chennai they showed cheaper price, after payment ticket not confirmed and called they asked to pay double the amount which is highter than in actual airline charge, so i cancelled and asked to refund in the same card. No more than month, still saying it is in process. I'M WORRIED ABOUT MY CASE. I want immediate refund untill then i will raise case in each and every social platform if i'm not getting it.

Scam - avoid

I booked a hotel in Sydney using them, apparently there was a technical issue on their side that mean the purchase couldn't go through. They said that they would return the amount I spent within 15 working days. This never happened. I am out of pocket $600. Avoid at all costs.
